Description
The invention relates to the metallurgy of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and can be used in the preparation of alloys by electrolysis in molten media. A known cell for refining traps in molten media is G. However, it is difficult to obtain an alloy of a given composition in such an electrolyzer since the chemical composition of the alloys changes as the anode is produced. material. The closest to the proposed technical day and the achieved result is an electrolyzer for producing alloys containing a retort, a sealed chamber, an anion basket, an anode current lead,, a cathode, and a device for cutting off sludge 2 J. The disadvantage of this electrolyzer is that during long-term electrolysis it is impossible to obtain the specified content of components in the alloys. The purpose of the invention is to regulate the content of components in the resulting alloy and increase their stability. content during long-term electrolysis. This goal is achieved by the fact that in an electrolytic cell for producing alloys containing a retort, a sealed chamber, an anode basket, an anode current lead, a cathode and a device for cutting off cathode sediment, the anode basket is made of electrically isolated cells from each other, and the anode current lead is equipped with thyristors for separating connecting the cells. An anodic basket made of separate cells allows the alloy components to be loaded separately, and the connection of cells through the thyristors allows the duration of each cell to be controlled during electrolysis. Thus, the dissolution of the anode material is controlled by the duration of the inclusion of its individual components, loaded into the anode basket. FIG. 1 shows the electrolysis cell, a general view of FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. The electrolyzer consists of a housing 1, a heated retort 2, a permanently installed sealed chamber
7.3, an anode basket 4, a removable cathode 5, a shearing device 6, and an anode current lead 7.
The anodic basket 4 consists of individual cells 8 in which the alloy components are poured. The cells are separated from each other by electrically insulating walls 9. The anode current lead to the cells is made separate, i.e. each cell is connected through the thyristor 10 and the anode voltage is supplied to it only after the unlocking voltage is applied to the thyristor. This allows the electrolysis process to regulate the operation time of each cell.
The cell into which the base metal component is loaded is connected permanently, and the turn-on time of the cells with alloying alloy components is adjusted depending on the required percentage in the alloy and on their dissolution rate during electrolysis.
The cell operates as follows.
The cathode is lowered into the electrolyte, and anode basket cells loaded with the main alloy component are included. Then periodically, when the unlocking voltage is applied to the thyristors 10, cells with other alloy components are turned on. Periodic switching of the cells regulates the dissolution of the alloy components that are deposited on the cathode to form a precipitate.
At the end of the cycle, the cathode is removed from the electrolyte, the precipitate is cut off and discharged. The cathode is lowered into the electrolyte, a new electrolysis cycle begins.
Использование предлагаемого электролизера позвол ет получение сплавов со стабильным содержанием компонентов в процессе длительного электролиза .The use of the proposed electrolyzer allows the production of alloys with a stable content of components during a long electrolysis process.
This electrolyzer provides analog alloys to the Swedish powder Ancola SA, which allows you to refuse to import this powder.
