Устройство содержит источник 1 монохроматического света, линзу 2 и мйкрообъектив 3, предметный столик 4 с микроподачей, матовый экран 5 с микроподачей. В качестве источника монохроматического света используетс гелиев небновый лазер 1. Микрообъектив 3 создает пучок сход щегос ( или расход щегос ) све та. Линза 2 согласует апертуру микр объектива 3 с диаметром лазерного пучка. Измер ема пластина б располагаетс на предметном столике 4, который перемещаетс в двух взаимно перпендикул рных направлени х, что позвол ет наводить пучок света на любую точку пласти-ны 6. Дл наблюдени интерференционных полос служит экран 5 из матового стекла, на котором нанесена шкала. Лазер 1, микрообъектив 3 и линза 2 объединены в один блок. Этот блок может перемещатьс вдоль свое оси относительно пластины 6, что позвол ет точно фокусировать п тно света на поверхность пластины. В у ройстве производитс измерение угл вой ширины полосы равного наклона под углом 1-45°. Способ о существл етс следующим образом. Пластину 6 располагают на предметном столике- 4 и определ ют две точки. Первой выбираетс точка, в которой необходимо измерить толщину с , а втора jo4Ka необходима дл осуществлени способа. Располагают пластину 6 так, чтобы пучок.монохроматического света фокусировалс в первой точке, измер ют угловую ширину интерференционной полосы Лт на экране 5. Затем перет ещают пластину 6 во вторую точку и считают сколько полос пройдет по экрану 5. Число прошедших полос равно N . Если полосы смещаютс вверх, то N отрицательно, если вниз - положительно. Обычно вторую точку выбирают так, чтобы N было равно целому числу. Затем измер ют угловую ширину интерференционной полосы lii. на экране 5. Подставл измеренные значени ii , к N, а также иавестнуе Я и 6 определ ют искомую толщину по формуле dr-xV. 2( где f - рассто ние от исследуемой точки до места наблюдени интерференционной картины, т.е. до экрана 5. Использование предлагаемого способа позвол ет измер ть толщину прозрачных пластин, показатель преломлени которых неизвестен. Это дает возможность отказатьс от дополнительной операции предварительного определени показател преломлени . Кроме того, наиболее простые и, распространенные способы измерени показател преломлени требуют, чтобы образцы были В1Л1олнены в виде призм ийи плоских пластин сравнительно большой толщины (более 1 мм), что приводит к дополнительному расходу дорогих материалов (например, моиокристаллы сложных полупроводников). Из не-KOTojxjx материалов, получаемых в виде эпитакс альных пленок, принципиально невозможно изготовить призмы или получить толстые образцы. Наиболее эффективно примен ть предлагаемый способ дл измерени толщины пластин , имеющих толщину пор дка 5-500 мкм. Способ достаточно просто реализуем и его осуществление не требует дорогого и уникального оборудовани . формула изобретени Способ измерени толщины прозрачных пластин, заключающийс в том, что направл ют в одну исследуемую точку поверхности пластины под углом к ней пучок монохроматического света, наблюдают интерференционную картину в виде полос равного наклона, опредеЛ ют угловую ширину полосы равного ч)аклона, по которой и суд т о толщине пластины, отличающийс тем, что, с целью измерени толщины пластин с неизвестным показателем преломлени , перемещают пластину до заданного положени , при перемещении определ ют изменение пор дка интерфе ренционных полос, а затем определ ют Ьтловую ширину полосы равного найлона интерференционной картины, соотвествующей второй . точке, и по формуле ,Г11а где d - ширина полосы в исследуемой точке поверхности пластины; X - длина волны монохроматического света;Because of this, the reference relates to the control measurement technique and can be used to measure 1 thickness and a transparent refractive index. plates. A known method of measuring the thickness of transparent plates or the distance between two flat transparent plates using equal-slope interference fringes, is that the object is illuminated with a beam of mixed or diverging monochromatic light and the angles at which the minima or are observed are measured; maxima of equal-slope interference bands. The difference between the cams, under which the adjacent bands are visible, is unambiguously related to the analytical dependence with the thickness of the AIR gap, and this dependence determines the thickness of the gap 1. The disadvantage of this method is that it is impossible to measure the thickness of the plates with an unknown refractive index. The closest to. technical. Essentially, the proposed method is a measure C2 measuring the thickness of transparent plates, which means that the monochromatic light beam is observed at one test point of the plate surface at an angle to it, an interference pattern is observed in the form of strips of equal slope the slope according to which the plate thickness is judged. The plate thickness is determined from the following relationship J € 5in1l where d is the plate thickness, X is the wavelength of monochromatic light; V is the refractive index of the plate material; 6 - angular width of the slope; 1 is the angle of observation of a strip of equal inclination. At 1 45 °, this dependence becomes J d - g. A disadvantage of the known method is that it is impossible to measure the thickness of transparent plates with an unknown refractive index. The purpose of the invention is to measure the thickness of transparent plates with an unknown refractive index. The goal is achieved by moving the plate to a predetermined position, when moving. Determine the change of the order of interference bands, and then determine the angular width of the strip equal to the slope of the interference pattern corresponding to the second point, and where d. —the width of the strip at the point under study on the surface of the A plate. —the wavelength of monochromatic light; N is the change in the order of the interference fringes; ii is the angular width of the band of equal slope of the interference pattern corresponding to the first point; 2 - the angular width of the band of equal slope of the interference pattern corresponding to the second point; 2 - the distance from the investigated ki to the observation point of the intherential pattern, judged on the measured thickness. Fig. 1 shows a principle on the diagram of the device that implements the proposed method, on fig. 2 - interference pattern in the form of a polo of equal slope. The device contains a source of 1 monochromatic light, a lens 2 and a micro lens 3, an object table 4 with micro-feed, a matte screen 5 with micro-feed. A helium non-laser laser 1 is used as a source of monochromatic light. Microscopic lens 3 produces a beam of converging (or diverging) light. Lens 2 matches the aperture of the mic objective 3 with the diameter of the laser beam. The measuring plate b is located on the stage 4, which moves in two mutually perpendicular directions, which allows you to direct a beam of light to any point of the plate 6. The frosted glass screen 5, on which the scale is applied, serves to observe the interference fringes. Laser 1, micro lens 3 and lens 2 are combined into one unit. This block can be moved along its axis relative to the plate 6, which makes it possible to accurately focus the spot of light on the surface of the plate. The device measures the angular width of the strip of equal inclination at an angle of 1-45 °. The method is as follows. Plate 6 is placed on the stage 4 and two points are defined. The first is the point at which the thickness c is to be measured, and the second jo4Ka is needed to carry out the method. The plate 6 is positioned so that the beam of monochromatic light is focused at the first point, the angular width of the interference band Lt is measured on the screen 5. Then the plate 6 is transferred to the second point and the number of stripes passes on the screen 5. The number of transmitted bands is N. If the bands are shifted up, then N is negative, if it is down, it is positive. Usually the second point is chosen so that N is equal to an integer. The angular width of the interference band lii is then measured. on screen 5. Substituting the measured values of ii, to N, as well as the actual I and 6, determine the desired thickness using the formula dr-xV. 2 (where f is the distance from the studied point to the place of observation of the interference pattern, i.e., to screen 5. Using the proposed method allows measuring the thickness of transparent plates, the refractive index of which is unknown. This makes it possible to refuse the additional operation of preliminary determination of the index refraction. In addition, the simplest and most common methods for measuring the refractive index require that specimens be made in the form of a prism of flat plates of relatively large thickness (b more than 1 mm), which leads to an additional consumption of expensive materials (for example, myocrystals of complex semiconductors). From non-KOTojxjx materials obtained as epitaxial films, it is impossible in principle to make prisms or to obtain thick samples. the thickness of the plates having a thickness of about 5-500 microns.The method is quite simple to implement and its implementation does not require expensive and unique equipment. The method of measuring the thickness of transparent plates, which consists in directing a monochromatic light beam at one test point of the plate surface at an angle to it, observe the interference pattern in the form of equal-slope bands, determine the angular width of the strip in which and judging the thickness of the plate, characterized in that, in order to measure the thickness of the plates with an unknown index of refraction, the plate is moved to a predetermined position, when moving, a change in the order and the interference fringes, and then determine the T-width of the fringe equal to the nylon interference pattern corresponding to the second. point, and according to the formula, G11a where d is the width of the strip at the point of the plate surface under study; X is the wavelength of monochromatic light;
