Description
The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and can be used for grinding and dissolving fibrous materials, such as waste paper or cellulose, during the preparation of paper pulp. : The pulper is known for growing fibrous semi-finished products. The gyro consists of a cylindrical metal bath and a rotor with blades. On the inner surface of the bath blades are fixed. The rotor is mounted at the bottom of the tub. The bottom of the bath is a screen with apertures of dia # 1E, rum 5-7 m-1, through which the treated fiber is removed from the hydrurase. The dissolution of fibrous semi-finished products occurs only due to the hygrodynamic impact on the material and partly due to the mechanical action from the blades of the rotor and bath 1. The pulper, the bath, the rotor with blades and the metal knife headset installed under the rotor are also known. The presence of the knife headset provides an additional effect on the particles of dissolving fibrous material in the gap between the rotor blades and the knife headset installed under it 2. The specific cutting surface, i.e. the ratio of the total length of the cutting edges of the headset to its total surface is relatively small, and its effect on the material being processed decreases as the cutting edges of the knife headset become blunt. Replacing the knife headset during operation of the pulper is not possible. A worn headset is replaced after stopping the pulper and disassembling the rotor assembly. These drawbacks reduce the performance of the pulper, increasing the specific energy consumption and reduce the service life of the knife set. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the pulper, reducing the unit cost of energy for dissolving the material and increasing the service life of the knife set. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the pulper for grinding and dissolving fibrous materials containing a bath and

7.The pulper consists of an If bath with blades 2, a sieve 3, and a nozzle 4 for draining the finished mass. Inside the bath 1, a rotor 5 with blades 6 is mounted, mounted on shaft 7.
9. . ... .. At the bottom of the bath under the rotor 5, a stator with a knife set 8 of abrasive material is mounted, mounted on a metal base 9. The headset 8 has through holes 10, coincide with through holes 11, in a metal base 9.. ... ..
18.The shaft 7 of the rotor 5 is connected via a fastening assembly 12 to the pistons 13 of the hydraulic cylinders 14. Replaceable plates 15 are installed on the blade 6 with a profile 16 cut (Fig. 4 and 5). The rotor 5 is connected by a V-belt transmission 17 with the electric motor 18.
Pelt; spruce works as follows.
4.An ox is poured into the bath 1 and the fibrous material to be dissolved is fed. Hydrodynamic and mechanical impact on the material ensures its preliminary dissolution Non-ground material particles fall into the gap between the blades 6 of the rotor 5 and the abrasive materials of the headset 8, where they are subjected to additional mechanical processing. This contributes to an increase in productivity and a reduction in the unit cost of energy. The developed fiber passes through the holes of the sieve 3 into the cavity under the screen and exits the pulper through the nozzle 4.
4.When the headset 8 is perforated, (The developed fiber passes through the holes 10 and 11 into the cavity under the base 9, then into the cavity under the sieve and exits the hydraulic pulper through the nozzle 4.
Moving the rotor 5 by means of the hydraulic cylinder 14 allows the gap between the rotor 5 and the stator to be changed. - As the abrasive material is applied, the rotor 5 is lowered by means of hydraulic cylinders 14 until the plates 15 are pressed with a profile cut to the knife headset of abrasive material.
When the rotor 5 rotates, the worn surface is honed. The insertion of interchangeable plates with profile cutting on the rotor allows the period and period to renew the blunted abrasive surface without stopping the pulper, which increases the performance of the pulper and reduces the specific energy consumption. Periodic renewal of the abrasive surface allows their use until full wear, as a result of which the service life of the headset increases.
