.Изобретение относитс к охране природы, а именно к способам рекультивации , оврагов, и может быть использовано в горной промышленности и сельском хоз йстве. Известен способ восстановлени земель, нарушенных открытыми горными разработками, заключающийс в заполнении их пустыми породами и нанесении затем сло плодородных почв i Недостатком его вл етс высока стоимость. Известен также способ рекультивации земель, включающий укладку пустых пород и покрытие их слоем субстрата почвенного грунта и почвенным грунтом L JНедостатком его вл етс невысока эффективность рекультивационных работ. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности рекультивационных работ. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что засыпку производ т с одновременным оставлением незаполненных участков дл создани оросительного пруда , отстойника и системы оросительных каналов, причем засыпку производ т под углом 1-1,5 . На фиг. 1 представлена схема рекультивированной балки; на фиг. 2 разрез А-А на фиг. 1. Способ может быть реализован слеДУЮ1ЦИМ образом.
