Известны способы получени  бензольных и скипидарных составов , примен емых в полиграфической промышленности. Однако, составы , получаемые известными способами, имеют тусклый цвет, порт щий колер красок.Methods are known for producing benzene and turpentine compositions used in the printing industry. Применение описываемого способа получени  бесцветных безбеизольных составов дл  красок глубокой печати на основе модифицированных мочевинных смол дает возможность устранить указанный недостаток. Краски, изготовленные на основе составов, получаемых по описываемому способу, после высыхани  обладают блеском, и оксид на форме не образуетс .The use of the described method for the preparation of colorless pain-free compositions for intaglio printing inks based on modified urea resins makes it possible to eliminate this drawback. Предлагаемый способ отличаетс  те.м, что мочевина-формальдегидную смолу получают через стадию метилольных соединений мочевины , которые затем этерифицируют бутанолом, обезволсивагот известиым способом, разбавл ют этанолом или толуолом до нужной в зкости.The proposed method differs in that the urea-formaldehyde resin is obtained through the stage of methylol compounds of urea, which are then esterified with butanol, dehydrated using a lime method, diluted with ethanol or toluene to the desired viscosity.

Способ осуществл ют следующим образом.The method is carried out as follows.

В первой фазе формалин, нейтрализованный едким натром или содой до РН-7-10, конденсируют с мочевиной до получени  диметиломочевины . Реакцию ведут при 60-70°С и контролируют определением количества свободного СН2О в реакционной смеси. Во второй фазе полученную диметилолмочевину этерифицируют бутанолом в присутствии кислого катализатора - фталевого ангидрида (или щавелевоГ), и,ти фосфорной кислот). Этерификацию ведут при 90-95° до получени  хорошо раздел ющейс  на два сло  .массы.
