Abstract
Description
The invention relates to machine construction and can be used, for example, in safety valves. direct and indirect action, check valves and hydraulic locks installed on various machines with hydraulic actuators.
1.A hydraulic valve is known, in the cavity of the body of which a sleeve with a stepped bore and plug is installed, the entrance {of an egg into the bore of a sleeve of larger diameter, and in the sleeve there are windows, communicating its flow with the pressure and drain channels of the body, and the saddle with which the diameter of the sleeve plunger locking body, and on the inner surface of the housing and the outer surface of the sleeve in the area between the saddle and the bore of a larger diameter are intercommunicating lugs 1.
To ensure: the required tightness of such a valve is necessary) so that the walls of the sleeve do not prevent the valve from self-installing into the saddle and to fit them tightly and at the same time prevent the valve from tipping off
For this, the gap between the guide section of the plunger valve and the mating surface of the bore of the pulley, having the same diameter, must be within certain limits of pressure,
to удерживаемого, например, предохрани-, тельным клапаном непр мого действи .withheld, for example, by a safety valve of indirect action.
When assembling the valve, the sleeve, pressed against the body by a plug, is deformed. The magnitude of the deformations is individual along the length of the bushing and at the valves intended for operation at high pressure, commensurate with the size of the specified gaps. In the process of deformation, the bore of the sleeve with a smaller diameter in the area between the seat and the stop expands and narrows beyond the stop, and in the plane of contact of the stops the internal size of the sleeve does not change. Since the porous organs of the above types of valves can have different lengths, when they are installed in a sleeve of the same design for all these valves, only one stop valve is moved in the expansion zone of the sleeve. S of which the gap can become larger than the maximum allowable, which reduces tightness and reliability, and other locking bodies of greater length or With a long stroke to increase: The capacity of the section goes beyond the plane of the stop. Thus, the locking bodies move in the zone of transverse narrowing of the sleeve, where the gap after assembly may become less than the minimum allowable, which leads to jamming, loss of tightness and reliability. Long-term operation of the valve may cause cases of loading of the sleeve during assembly and disassembly by significant forces, on which the magnitude deformations, and valves designed to operate at elevated pressure and with increased throughput do not provide the required reliability. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device. The goal is achieved by the fact that the internal bore surface between the bores of larger and smaller diameter is made an intermediate bore, the end of which is located in the plane of contact of the stops, and the length of the locking member is not less than the distance from the saddle to the end of the additional bore. FIG. 1 shows a hydraulic valve, longitudinal section; in fig. 2-4 are examples of the use of the invention in constructions of an indirect-action safety valve, an inverse hydro-valve and a hydraulic lock with internal drainage, respectively. The hydraulic valve contains a sleeve 2 eo installed in the housing cavity by a stepped bore, a plug 3 entering the bore 4 of larger diameter in the sleeve 2, and a plunger closure body 5 with spring b installed in the bore 7 of smaller diameter in the sleeve 2 and cooperating with the saddle 8. The saddle is integral with the sleeve 2, having a window 9 from the end and a window 10 on the side, communicating its cavity with the discharge and-drain channels of the housing 1. On the inner surface of the housing 1 and on the outer surface of the sleeve 2 in the section between. At the saddle 8 and bore 4 of larger diameter, there are interconnecting lugs 11, made, for example, in the form of a ring collar. An intermediate boring 12, the end of which is located in the plane of contact of the stops 11, is spun out on the inner surface of the sleeve 2 between the bores 4 and 7 of the larger and smaller diameter. The locking member 5 has a length not less than the distance from the saddle to the end of the intermediate boring 12. The device works as follows in a way. When assembling the hydraulic valve, the plug 3, which is screwed into the housing, compresses the sleeve 2. At the same time, its section between the saddle-8 and the support 11 expands, and the section located next to the support stops. For this reason, the gap between the sleeve 2 and the locking body 5, obtained during manufacturing (permissible), changes after assembly, and by a different amount and different sign along the length of the sleeve 2. In the plane of the stop 11, this gap does not change and is equal to the permissible value, therefore the expansion of the sleeve 2 with the above-mentioned length of the locking member 5 does not lead to a violation of the latter’s self-installation into the saddle 8. The diameter of the intermediate bore 12 is made so that when the section of the sleeve 2 narrows beyond the plane of the stop 11, the gap does not decrease to the minimum Ustimov for any possible compression force of the hydraulic valve sleeve 2, designed for operation at elevated pressure. Therefore, the narrowing of the sleeve does not lead to a violation of the self-setting or jamming of the locking member 5 even when the latter extends beyond the plane of the stops 11, for example, with a larger stroke to increase the flow rate, and the sleeve 2 is loaded with more force than calculated, which is possible with long-term operation. Thus, the deformations of the hydraulic valve bushings to a lesser extent reduce the reliability of the valve and do not limit its durability. The hydraulic valve (Fig. 1) can perform the functions of a check valve or, if a plug 3 is provided with a device for adjusting the spring force, the function of a direct-acting safety valve. In the indirect safety valve (Fig. 2), the plug is an auxiliary valve 13, a channel 15 is provided in the bottom of the closure member 14, and a seal 16 is installed in the annular groove of the sleeve 2. In the case of the auxiliary valve 13 there is a drain channel 17 and a needle 18. after assembling such a hydraulic valve, the stop 11 of the sleeve 2 can hermetically separate the window 10 of the sleeve 2 with the drain channel 17. To do this, press the stop 11 of the sleeve 2 to the support of the body 1 with an auxiliary valve 13 with sufficient force, for example, in reverse idroprivode. The deformations arising from the compression of the sleeve for the above reasons cannot cause a decrease in reliability. In the shut-off organ 19 of the reverse hydraulic valve (Fig. 3), there are Windows,
1. Заедание запорного органа 5 исключаетс , даже при увеличении его хода дл увеличени расхода.connecting its outer surface with the inner cavity 20. In this case, the fluid flow from the end window 9 can be discharged either sideways through the window 10, or through the longitudinal channel. The sleeve 2 of the described construction interacts with the plug 3 in the same way as in the hydraulic valve shown in FIG. 1. Jamming of the locking member 5 is eliminated, even with an increase in its stroke to increase flow.
При этом ее прижатие к корпусу 1 исключает возможность ее осевого перемещени и обеспечивает тачную фиксацию , что важно дл работы гидрозамка .In the hydraulic lock (Fig. 4), there is additionally a control element 21 associated with the control hydroline 22 and interacting with its shank with a locking member 23 installed in the sleeve 2. The sleeve 2 interacts with the plug 3 in the same way as in the examples described above. At the same time, its pressing to the body 1 excludes the possibility of its axial movement and provides a precise locking, which is important for the operation of the hydraulic lock.
Hydraulic valves function in the same way as well-known hydraulic valves of the same purpose.
The sleeve 2 of this design can be used without changes in hydraulic valves of various functional purposes, for which the channels corresponding to this purpose must be executed in the locking organ and in the housing and corresponding parts must be added. This increases the reliability of the hydraulic valves.
