Description
(54) METHOD FOR GETTING BINDER
The invention relates to hydrothermal hard substance HijH with a high density of formed cement stone, namely, plugging weighted cements, designed to hold wells with abnormally high formation pressures. Cement and slag cement slurries with a high density are needed to mount oil and gas wells with abnormally high reservoir pressures. There is a known method of obtaining colored metal metallurgy based on ground secondary granulated slag for making tamping solutions based on the addition of additional wastes of metallurgical and alkaline ores and a setting agent C. To this composition. The disadvantage of this method of preparation of a binder is the difficulty of mixing the components from - because the waste of enrichment of metal ores. after flotation, they have high humidity and need to be dried, as well as its low density. The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the invention is a method of producing a stinger by introducing cement dust into the slag melt in a quantity of 1-5% and then cooling it for 10-30 seconds. and by kneading in the mole to the specific surface 3000 CMVr 12. This method is characterized by short setting times and a low density of the receiving one. The purpose of the invention is to lengthen the setting time and increase the density of the user. This goal is achieved by the fact that the method of obtaining predominantly for tamping oil and gas wells, by introducing an additive into the slag melt followed by cooling for 10-30 seconds and grinding, involves introducing into the slag melt as an additive in an amount of from 10 up to 40 wt.% pyrite cinder or black concentrate, or quartz-maquette sand with a content of at least 50%, and grinding lead to a specific surface of 2000-2500 CMVr. Nonferrous metallurgy slags are characterized by a high content of ferrous oxide and a relatively low content of calcium oxide. After the sublimation and refining of the residual metals contained in the slag, i.e. the fusing process, they represent a waste of production and are dumped. In granular slags of non-ferrous metallurgy, up to 90% is the vitreous phase of the olivine structure. The crystalline phases (pyrocoenes phylite, monticellite, olivium, and ore minerals) occupy a subordinate position and are unevenly distributed in slag glass. The residues of metals present in the donkeys are in the form of sulphides (blenders), meta- and orthosilicates, and also in a pure state. In tab. 1 shows the chemical compositions used in the method of non-ferrous metallurgy slags. An example. Solution after mixing crushed to a specific surface, 2000. granulated porcine slag without additives at a water-borne ratio of 0.35 imbet decorability along the AzNII cone 20.5 s and a density of 2.26 g / cm. At a slag-to-slag factor of 0.3, the density of the solution is 2.43 g / cm. The addition of 0.2% by weight of hypane (hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile) and O, 15% of chromicum retards setting at up to 4 hours and 20 minutes. When 30% magnetite (FeOFe2.0) is added to the slag melt, the solution is ground to a specific surface.

50%. - . .30-35 4-8 ti 2050 cm2 / g granulated lead pork with a water-slag ratio of 0.35 does not change its spreadability (20 cm), and the density rises to 2.38 g / cm3. With a water-slag factor of 0.3, the solubility of the solution is 2.56 g / cm with a spreadability of 16.5 cm. The addition of 0.2% hypane and 0.15% chromicum slows the beginning of the setting of the solution at 250 ° C to 5 hours and 0.8% trioxyglutaric acid - up to 6 h 30 min. Thus, the addition of the iron-containing component to the slag melt under equal conditions contributes to an increase in the density of the solution. In tab. Table 2 shows the physicomechanical properties of heat-resistant cement of cement from lead slag, and table. 3 - the same characteristics after inputting up to 40% magnetite into the slag melt, subsequent granulation and grinding to the specific surface 2000. Slag melt with a temperature of 1200-1450s is subjected to rapid cooling by granulation, when its cooling rate does not exceed 30 s. As an additive that increases the density of the slag melt, pyrite (pyritic) cinders containing 65-80% FejOg, waste from the gold mining industry — black concentrate, containing up to 60% and representing a fine product with a density of 4.5–4.8, are used. g / cm, quartz-magnetite sand content, not less than 50%. -. .
