Прибор выполнен в виде монтированного на цапфе I ролика 2. Концы цапфы 1, имеющие в сечении пр моугольную форму, в.ход т в пазы кронштейна 3 и поддерживаютс  регулируемыми опорами 4. К концам цапфы 1 прикреплены трубопроводы 5, посредством которых осуществл етс  подвод сжатого воздуха к соплам 6, жестко укрепленным на цапфе 1.
