На первой операции штамповки профил  (фиг. 3) фиксатор 1 штампа, имеющий некоторую конусность, взаимодейству  с пуансоном 2 и матрицей 3, раст гивает кольцо по внутреннему диаметру , образу  внутрений скос и одновременно придава  кольцу правильную форму.
