Description

(54) METHOD FOR DETERMINING COATING WEAR RESISTANCE

В результате многократного повторени  этих операций можно, исследовать зависимость износостойкости слоев покрыти  от глубины их Зсшегани , что позвол ет выбрать оптимальные технологичеркие режима повышени  износостойкости деталей путем нанесени  на их поверх- иость покрытий., .1Survey relates to the testing of metal surfaces for wear during sliding friction in different environments, in particular, to the determination of the wear resistance of layers of metal coatings. A known method for determining the wear resistance of a coating deposited on a working surface of a sample consists in matching the contact sample and the sample over their test surfaces, loading them with compressive force, relative slip of the counterpiece and the sample and determining the wear rate of the latter f. The disadvantage of this method is the inability to determine the wear resistance of the coating, depending on. bridges on the depth and thickness of the sample surface. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the tests. The goal is achieved by cutting off a portion of the coating at an acute angle to the working surface of the sample to form the sample surface under investigation. the surface thus obtained is a skid slip. ness of all layers of the coating. The drawing shows a diagram of the device that implements the method. The circuit includes sample 1 with coating 2 and contra-sample 3. The method is carried out as follows. Cut a part of the coating under the sharp glrm to the working surface of sample 1, in the plane of the drawing, having the form of a triangle ABC. Line AC is the cross section of the sample surface under investigation. Contrast 3 is matched with the surface of the AC, located at some distance 1 from point A. They are loaded with compressive force and set to them relative slip so that the trajectory of counter sample 3 along the surface of the AC of the sample is parallel to the line of intersection of the surface DA and AC. The amount of wear of sample 1 is judged on the wear resistance of the layer of coating 2 located at a depth t from its surface. Shift the contra-sample to a new position relative to point A (for example, by distance) and repeat the operations described above,. determine the wear resistance of the coating layer 2, which is located at a depth hrj from its surface. - and coatings.
