Description

(54) COOLED PISTON

The invention relates to the field of engine building. The cooled piston is known. The internal combustion engine contains a skirt with a surface, piston bosses with friction surfaces and a storage oil bath placed on the inner surface of the piston AND consisting of open cavities and Zac 1 of those cavities, moreover, the cavity is located above the closed M). In the well-known piston, the processes of both lubrication and cooling of the piston due to the dissociation of the oil from the cavity of the bath are insufficiently efficient. The aim of the invention is to intensify, the process of lubrication by sub-water oil to friction pairs. This goal is achieved by the body | that the surfaces of the friction of the skirt PO1ZhNYN and piston bosses are equipped with tags connected by channels with a closed cavity. The drawing shows a General view of the proposed piston. The cooling piston of the internal C1 engines: the wound contains a piston skirt 1 with a tretsi surface / screw bosses 2 with superficial Tp and a cumulative oil bath placed on the inner surface of the cone and consisting of interconnected open cavities 3 and 4 open cavity 3 is placed above the closed one. The friction surfaces of the skirt of the piston 1 and the piston bosses 2 are provided with 5 and 6, Connected channels 7- and 8 with a closed cavity 4. The cavities 3 and 4 are connected with each other by channel 9. The notches 5 are located below the oil wiper ring 10. The oil is supplied to the piston through the nozzle 11. The piston works as follows. On the engine oil line (not shown in the drawing) through nozzle 11. the oil irrigates the bottom of the engine. The stack enters the open cavity 3 The oil removed by the oil ring 10 goes into the same cavity 3. the time of its acceleration under the action of inertial force, the oil POLUS6GI 3 is injected through the channels 9. - into the cavity 4 and further along the channel 7 and 8 into the grooves 5 and 6, lubricated under the pressure of a pair of thaw. When decelerating the piston, oil cavity 4, located above
