Description
The invention relates to instrumentation technology and can be used to study liquid friction slip pairs. The known device for measuring the gap of the capacitive type for studying the NIN is a pair of liquid friction sliding containing electrodes located on the counterface surfaces of the fl. The closest technical solution to the present invention is a device for measuring the gap in pairs of liquid friction with a system of forced lubrication containing a capacitive sensor placed on the surface of the friction with electrodes 2 flush with them. The metal surface of the counterbody can be used as one of the electrodes friction slip. The disadvantage of these devices is the measurement error due to the change in the dielectric constant of the medium that separates the electrodes in the event of rupture (cavitation) of the oil film, while the distance between the electrodes is constant. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measuring the gap in pairs of liquid friction sliding capacitive method, this goal is achieved by the fact that one of the sensor electrodes has a through channel connected to the system of forced lubricant supply in the measurement process. The drawing shows schematically a device for measuring an aeaor or the thickness of an oil paint in a fluid friction bearing. The device contains a capacitive sensor, one electrode 1 of which is installed in the center of the bearing 2, is flush with its inner surface and is isolated from it by a dielectric housing 3. The shaft is used as the second electrode 4. Podpshnik supplied
