(54) METHOD FOR CONSERVING FUR RAW MATERIALS
Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что парные шкурки обрабатывают консервирую щим агентом, включающим нейтральные соли, а затем провод т пролежку сырь до сквозного прокраса кожевсЛ ткани, причем в качестве консервирующего агента используют дуб щие соединени циркони , а нейтральные соли берут в количестве 0,5-1,0 вес.%.The invention relates to light industry and can be used in the preservation of fur raw materials. The known method of shaving fur raw materials is that pair skins are sprinkled and rubbed with a preservative agent, table salt, and then kept in piles for 7-8 days tl. The disadvantage of this method is that when the raw material is stored for a long time, especially in the warm season, the growth of bacteria occurs, which leads to the appearance of salt stains on the skins. Insecticides such as paradichlorobenzene, glutrol, etc. are used to prevent this phenomenon. However, this method of preservation does not prevent the shrinkage of fur in the area during canning. Closest to the present invention is a method of preserving fur raw materials, which consists in treating the skins with an antioxidant ammonium sulfate agent in the presence of a neutral salt and their subsequent bedding for 1–4 days. Processing of the skins with ammonium sulfate titanate leads to yellow staining of the shear tissue when exposed to hydrogen peroxide. However, this method is characterized by an insignificant structuring effect of titanium compounds. Therefore, this preservative does not have a significant effect on reducing shrinkage. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the shrinkage of fur raw materials. This goal is achieved by the fact that the paired pelts are treated with a preserving agent, including neutral salts, and then the material is laid down until the skin is cut through the leather, and tanning zirconium compounds are used as a preserving agent, and neutral salts are taken in an amount of 0.5- 1.0 wt.%.
