Description
(54) METHOD FOR PROCESSING WASTE WATER OF Na-CATIONITE FILTERS
Предлагаемый способ по сравнению с известным позвол ет осуществить полную переработку сточных вод Na-катионитовых фильтров, предотвратить зашламление катионитовой загрузки и ликвидировать сбросмые воды, загр зн ющие окружающую среду., - The invention relates to water treatment and can be used to treat wastewater chemical water treatment, resulting from the regeneration and washing of Na-cationite filters. The known method is to reduce the waste water of Na-cathrynite 4 1ltrov, including wastewater treatment with lime and soda, sedimentation and supply of clarified solution for filter regeneration 0.1. and MD (OH) a. The closest to the proposed technical essence is the method of recycling chemical wastewater, which consists in clarifying the water by settling from the soluble precipitates of CaCO and MD (OH) 5 lime-soda lime of clarified WATER, filtering it, supplying water to the regulating tank with the subsequent use of it for the regeneration of cation and annoiite filters. The disadvantage of the known method is that the preparation of a regeneration solution by the cooking of salt with the iBiix of the waters of the Catacomia liter is possible by treating not the entire amount of wastewater, but. only three parts, the salt concentration in which is not less than 50 g / kg. In addition, when processing the total amount of water, a concentration of regenerated sodium chloride solution of 5-10% cannot be achieved. This is achieved by adjusting the solution with dry salt, however, in this case, an excess regeneration solution of 30-50% is obtained, since the amount of wastewater of Na-cationite filters is about 2 times greater than the amount of the recovery solution due to washing water. 38 The disadvantage of this method is also zaprashlechenie loading Na-cation-exchange filters during their regeneration of water-soluble sediments of CaCOe and Md (OH) 2 .. The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of the regenerant saline solution, as well as prevent filter loading. This goal is achieved by the fact that the wastewater of Na-cationite filters is concentrated to a concentration of 3.4-6% by chloride ion, subjected to lime-soda treatment, defend, neutralized with hydrochloric acid, decarbonated and returned to the regeneration. Example. Sewage water of Na-cation filters has the following composition, g / kg: - NaCI 17.4; CaCln 3.23 and MgCl2, l, 31. 1 l of this solution is evaporated to a concentration of 3.4-5% by chloride ion, after which 1.49 g of Ca (OH) 2 and 5.22 g of NartCOj are introduced, mixed thoroughly and the resulting suspension; settle for 0.5 hour. A 25 ml condensed precipitate consisting of CaCO1 and Hg (OH) / j is dehydrated on a vacuum filter, resulting in 12 g of precipitate and 15 ml of solution. The clarified water in the amount of 225 ml is filtered and a 15 MP solution is added to the filtrate after dehydrating the thickened precipitate. To the obtained filtrata in the amount of 240 ml is added 0.1 n. hydrochloric acid solution to non-sweat medium. After neutralizing the solution with acid, it is heated to boiling, after which the solution is cooled and the chemical composition is determined. When processing 1 liter of water simulating the α-wastewater of Na-cationite filters, 750 ml of condensate, 240.4 ml of a regenerating Na.CI solution with a concentration of 8.7% and 12 g of water-insoluble CaCOj and MD (OH) 2 are obtained. The table shows the results of wastewater treatment of Na-cationite filters according to known and proposed methods. As can be seen from the table, according to a known method, only 35 tons of wastewater out of a total amount of 100 tons can be treated with a 5% concentration of saline solution of 5% concentration, and 65 tons of wastewater are sent for discharge. In addition, when re-using the obtained regeneration solution, about 0.5 kg of sludge is deposited on the cation exchanger from the 100 tonnes, which leads to a decrease in the efficiency of regeneration. The proposed method allows for complete wastewater treatment of Na-cationite filters and prevents slime cationite load and eliminate wastewater polluting the environment.
