(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ПЕРЕДВИЖКИ СЕКЦИЙ КРЕПИ И КОНВЕЙЕРА Изобретение относитс к добыче угл подземным способом, а именно с помощью механизированных крепей. Известно устройство дл передвижек конвейера , включающее рычаг, шарнирно св занный т гой с направл ющей опорой, причем на базе установлен фиксатор, взаимодействующий с рычагом 1. Недостатком данного устройства вл етс необходимость посто нного ручного вмешательства при перемещении конвейера в лаве. Известно также устройство дл передвижки секций крепи и конвейера, включающее гидроцилиндр, закрепленный на основании, и т ги, соединенные с конвейером посредством рычага 2. Однако известное устройство не обеспечивает направленного перемещени конвейера . Цель изобретени - обеспечение направленного перемещени конвейера. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что устройство дл передвижки секций крепи и конвейера, включающее гидроцилиндр, закрепленный на основании,т ги, соединенные с конвейером посредством рычага, на основании секции установлено коромысло, шарнирно соединенное с гидродомкратом и взаимодействующее концами плеч с т гами. На фиг. 1 показано предлагаемое устройство , вид сбоку при выдвижке конвейера; на фиг. 2 - то же, при подт гивании секции крепи. Устройство дл передвижки секций крепи и конвейера состоит из гидроцилиндра 1, закрепленного на основании секции крепи 2, т г 3, соединенных с конвейером 4 посредством рычага 5, коромысла 6. закрепленного на основании посредством кронштейнов 7, щток 8 которого соединен с коромыслом , а цилиндр 9 посредством цапф 10 - с т гами 3. Устройство работает следуюци1м образом . При передвижке конвейера рабоча жидкость поступает в щтоковую полость гидроцилиндра , при этом коромысло поворачиваетс против часовой стрелки вокруг шарнира, соедин ющего коромысло с кронштейном основани до взаимодействи концов коромыс ла с т гами 3, после чего усилием гидроцилиндра ггередвигаетс конвейер 4, при этом концы коромысла 6 скольз т по т гам 3, обеспечива направленное перемещение конвейера 4.(54) DEVICE FOR MOVING FIXTURE AND CONVEYER SECTIONS The invention relates to the extraction of coal by the underground method, namely with the help of mechanized supports. However, the known device does not provide for directional movement of the conveyor. The purpose of the invention is to provide directional movement of the conveyor. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for moving the lining sections and the conveyor, including a hydraulic cylinder fixed to the base, connected to the conveyor by means of a lever, has a rocker arm hinged to the hydraulic jack and interacting the ends of the arms with the thrusts on the base of the section. The device for moving the lining sections and the conveyor consists of a hydraulic cylinder 1 fixed on the base of the lining section 2, t g 3, connected to the conveyor 4 by means of the lever 5, a rocker arm 6. fixed on the base by means of brackets 7, the brush 8 of which is connected to the rocker arm, and the cylinder 9 by means of trunnions 10 - with tgami 3. The device operates as follows. When the conveyor is moved, the working fluid enters the hydraulic cylinder cavity, the yoke rotates counterclockwise around the hinge connecting the yoke with the base bracket until the yoke ends interact with the rods 3, then the hydraulic cylinder yields the conveyor 4, and the yoke ends 6 slides along tam 3, providing directional movement of the conveyor 4.
