(54) ELECTRONIC ELECTRIC POWER METER The invention relates to electrical measuring technique and can be used for monitoring and metering. energy consumption in various industries, such as electrolysis plants, transport, power lines and under direct current stations. According to the main author. St. 667899 is a known electronic energy meter containing a series-connected adder, the first input of which is connected to the output of a voltage input device, the second input through the first switch to the outputs of a current-input device of a controlled network, the frequency quad and a swarm switch whose outputs are connected to summing and I subtract the inputs of the reversible pulse counter, the output of which is connected to the digital pass through the frequency splitter. unit and the control unit whose outputs are connected to the control inputs of the switches 1. A disadvantage of the known counter is the low accuracy due to the inadequacy of the sensitivity of the frequency quad. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the electronic electricity. electricity containing a series-connected adder, the first input of which is connected to the output of the input voltage device, the input through the first switch to the outputs of the input device controlled network, the frequency quad and the second switch, the output of which is connected to the summing and subtracting inputs of the reversible pulse counter, the output of which is connected via a frequency divider to the digital unit, and the control unit whose outputs are connected to the control inputs of the switches, A shaper of bipolar pulses is input, the input of which is connected to the output of a reversible pulse counter, and the output is connected to an additional input of an adder, the control input of the digital unit being connected to control unit output. The drawing shows a diagram of an electronic electricity meter. The input of the frequency quadrant 1 is connected to the output of the adder 2, to the two inputs of which are connected directly and through the switch 3 devices 4 and 5 of the input of input signals 8 frequencies to the digital unit 9, which, depending on the destination, has an output in the corresponding code or directly the signs of the digital indicator, and a driver of 10 bipolar pulses after This volt-second area, the output of which is connected to the auxiliary input of the adder 2. The control unit 11 controls the operation of the switches 3.6 and sets the impulse accumulation time in the digital unit 9. The counter operates as follows. With the help of the device, 5 current 3 in a controlled network is transformed into two equal and opposite ones. Voltage sign V and Vj, which alternately through switch 3 are fed to the first input of the adder. To the second input of the adder 2, the output voltage Vn is continuously received from the voltage device 4 (represented in the drawing as a resistive divider) proportional to the network voltage. . When the voltage VJ (switch 3 in the right position) arrives at the input of the adder 2, a total voltage is formed at its output. ) And where K is the transfer ratio of the sum of the torus. The total voltage is fed to the control input of the frequency quadrant 1, the deviation of the oscillation frequency from the initial one is proportional to the square of the control voltage. The oscillation frequency at the output of this quadr in the steady state is equal to f - f -; Y2 10 .C where fo is the natural frequency of the quadr in the absence of a control signal () K is the slope of the frequency conversion to Hz / V, Oscillations with frequency f through switch b, which is also in the right position, are sent to the reverse input of the reversible counter 7 pulses . When translating the switches 3 and b and the left position by the control unit 11, the first input of the adder 2 receives the voltage V opposite to the sign of the current of the network. Therefore, a differential voltage is generated at the output of the adder, Since, then Vp. Vc and, correspondingly, the frequency of oscillations at the output of the generator increases to a value. Since Cf is f, then, during the course of the reversing counter 7, transfer pulses with a difference frequency & B: 5g-f, which excite the shaper of 10 bipolar pulses. The output pulses of which with a constant duration tg and amplitude arrive at the third input of the adder 2. In steady state, the frequency is --V) 1-) where the bar at the top means averaging over the switching period of the automatic switches 3 and b. Since VP is a constant voltage, and the voltage of the pulse sequence Uf, (t) with a generator is 10 alternating, the average product VpU (t) is zero. Therefore . Since, due to the orthogonality of the voltages VP and u "(b), the oscillation frequency at the output of the frequency quadrant 1 in the steady state is determined by the sum of the squares of the differential voltage VP and the effective value of the pulse voltage U (. 4ii) with the driver 10.. ff, + & f the steady-state value of the difference frequency. As the filled value is often f is determined by the magnitude of the total voltage, then. Ms. LiilL.
