Description
1The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals and can be used in the dehydration of the products of enrichment, especially when the processing plants are operating under conditions of closed water circulation, as well as in the production process of industrial waters. A known method of dewatering suspensions using high molecular weight flocculants of the polyacrylamide type, such as sodium polymethacrylate 1. The disadvantage of this method is that the accumulation of high molecular weight flocculant in the liquid phase leads to clogging of Ailtocloth and also that the reagent consumption at its high cost significantly increases the cost of dehydration. A method of dewatering suspensions using active silicic acid (AA), which is used in conjunction with aluminum sulphate, is also known. The sequential treatment of a suspension with a solid content of 6-7%, AK and aluminum sulphate increases the speed ex: the expectations of solid particles are 1.25-2.0. The disadvantage of this method is the low effectiveness of AA with an increase in the solid content in the suspension of more than 1 O%. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed is a dehydration method, including processing of the suspension with iron sulphate and sodium polymethacrylate. When the suspension is treated with a solution of ferrous sulfate and polymethacrylate sodium at the rate of 5-1OO g per 1 ton of suspension {phosphate concentrate), the rate of thickening and filtering increases by 2 times. When you play the method in accordance with the known Schack. the consumption of ferrous sulfate 5OO g / t and sodium palimethacrylate 5 O g / t, the sedimentation rate of the suspension was 4.8 m / h, the filtration rate was 0.1O, the cake moisture was 14.4% and the ion content of the clarified layer was 178.0 mg / l SZH 38 However, this method is characterized, firstly, by an insufficient rate of dehydration. In addition, an increased consumption of vyssomepuclear flocculating agent is required, which leads to a significant increase in the cost of the dehydration process. Secondly, the presence of iron sulphate in the pulp worsens its ionic composition, which adversely affects the flotation process under conditions of closed water circulation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the rate of dehydration of the suspension while reducing the consumption of reagents. This goal is achieved by introducing AK together with sodium popimethacrylate, sodium polymethacrylate and AK being used in a ratio of 1: 5-50. Example. The phosphoric flotation concentrate with a solid content of 25% is concentrated. A 150 g sample of the flotation concentrate is placed in a 5OO ml cylinder, then flocculants are sequentially added in the following quantities, g / t: AA 100 g / t, sodium plitacrylate 10 g / t concentrate. The volume of suspension, including reagent solutions, is brought to the mark and stirred using a mixer with perforated holes with uniform reciprocating movements (10 times) until a homogeneous mass. Simultaneously with the end of mixing, a stopwatch is turned on and the height of the clarified layer is visually recorded at regular intervals. The deposition rate is determined from the graph of the height of the clarified layer versus time by the tangent of the slope of the curve. In this fimera, the deposition rate is 5.1 m / h. To determine the filtration rate, the suspension from the cylinder is transferred to a filling funnel with simultaneous activation of the stopwatch and vacuum. Filtration of the suspension is carried out under constant vacuum (, 7 kgf / cm) until the mirror disappears. Filtering 0.09 m. For comparison, experiments were carried out on the separate effect of active silicic acid and sodium polymethacrylate on the rate of sedimentation and filtration of the flotation concentrate. The data obtained are given in table.1. Tab. ita 1
Tablets data show that with an increase in "1 the consumption of reagents, the sedimentation rate and filtration rate increases. The maximum efficiency of the active activity of silica flashes is achieved at a flow rate of 5OO g / t of concentrate, while the deposition rate is 2.8 m / h, the rate is 0.1O m. For sodium polymegacrylate at an optimum flow rate of 5O g / t concentrate, the deposition rate is 2.6 m / h, the filtration rate is 0.11 m / m min.
2.Comparative data on the effect of the combined action of the active silicones of sodium polymethacrylate on pszhaz dehydration are presented in Table. 2
