The invention relates to reference measurement technology, in particular to the field of geophysical instrumentation, and MCMteT to be used to measure parameters in vibrometry, seismometry, and exploration geophysics. A piezo sensor is known for measuring torsional vibrations Ul. containing body, inertial mass and two piezoelements. A piezo sensor is attached to a rotating shaft. The disadvantage of the piezo sensor is the limited range of the measurements. A three-component piezoelectric seismometer (containing a body, an inertial mass, and three pairs of piezoelements is known. The disadvantage of this seismometer is that it only measures three components of the oscillation, while in real conditions, the object is detected The three components of the translational and three components of the rotational motion. The closest technical solution to the invention is a six-component seismometer 3, comprising a housing, an inert mass and six pairs of pressure gauges. The disadvantage of this seismometer is that in order to achieve the required sensitivity of the seismometer while decreasing the amplitudes, accelerating the translational and rotational components of the oscillation, you increase the iSM, i.e., increase the seismometer, which often excludes the possibility of it being used. Oveyshevve sensitivity of the meter. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a shear-sound seismometer there is an inertial mass, pressure sensors, which are two times different in equal proportions from the center of the inert, mutually perpendicular directions, lokaschimi in three mutually p peydnuchnyh shkhoskoot x, intersecting in the center of the inertial mass, its inerta mass supplying twelve wedge-shaped protrusions. The casing is made up of twelve spatially located wedge-shaped slits in each slit, pressure sensors are rigidly attached to both its faces, each of which is connected to a corresponding wedge-shaped protrusion with GER power about an exact element made in the form of a sphere. The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a seismometer. The inert mass 1 is located inside the housing 2 and has six pairs of wedge-shaped projections 3. The wedge-shaped protrusions come in contact with the intermediate elements 4, and the latter with pressure sensors 5, which are rigidly attached to the faces of the wedge-shaped slits 6. At the same time, the symmetry axes of all the pair of wedge-shaped protrusions in combination with the corresponding wedge-shaped gaps, pressure sensors and intermediate elements in the vvde spheres are located in two pairs along three directions that are equal to the center of the inertial mass, which lie in three mutually perpendicular planes m x intersecting at the center of the inertial mass. The seismometer works as follows. When the body moves, the seismometer changes pressure on the pressure sensors. In series, the pressure sensor located on the edges of one wedge-shaped slot, their total signal has the following value E aF / sin | oi / |, where d is the sensitivity of the pressure sensor; . p is the force acting along the axis of symmetry of the pair; rev is the angle between the axis of symmetry of the pair and the edge of the slit if the corresponding faces of the wedge-shaped slits and wedge-shaped projections are parallel to each other. The signal is fed to a registration circuit (not shown) ,. When moving the body, the inertia force is applied, acting along the symmetry axis of the pair of wedge-shaped protrusions. In this case, due to the presence of point contact between the sensor and the wedge-shaped protrusion, due to the implementation of the intermediate element in the form of a sphere, the force acting on the pressure sensor is equal. At small angles, Sinot 0, O17, therefore, the force acting on the sensor is 57 times larger than initial force, which increases the sensitivity of the seismometer. A six-component seismometer containing inertial mass, pressure sensors equal in two pairs in three mutually perpendicular directions lying in three mutually perpendicular planes intersecting in the center of inertial mass, body and recording scheme, characterized in that, in order to increase the sensitivity; its inert mass is provided with twelve wedge-shaped protrusions, and the body is made with twelve spatially located wedge-shaped gaps, and each slot has pressure sensors rigidly attached to both its edges, each of which is connected to a corresponding wedge-shaped protrusion the form of a sphere.
