Description
(54) DEVICE FOR SUBMITTING A MOBILE PHASE TO A CHROMATOGRAPHE The invention relates to a technique for creating a flow of a mobile phase in liquid and gas chromatography. The device according to the main auth. No. 538295 consists of a tank for a mobile phase, the lower part of which is connected through a valve and a capillary with a chromatograph, a buffer tank, two parallel-connected pressure regulators with mechanical control, whose inputs are connected through taps to a source of compressed gas. The output of the first pressure regulator is connected to the buffer tank, and the output of the second is connected to the gas cavity of the tank for the mobile phase. The gas cavity of the tank is connected to the buffer tank by a line containing a series-connected tap and capillary p1. Compressed gas transfer program. consequently, the program of the flow rate of the mobile phase, are determined by the free volume of the tank for the mobile phase, the volumes of the buffer tank and the parameters of the capillary connecting them. A disadvantage of the known device is the lack of a good reproducibility of the program, since in the analysis process there is a change in the volume of the gas cavity in the tank for the mobile phase. This device is a core-linear ballistic program, while an exponential program is considered to be the most preferable for increasing the efficiency of chromatographic separation. The aim of the invention is to increase the reproducibility of the chromatographic analysis results and enhance the functionality. devices. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device according to auth. No. 538295 a pneumatically controlled pressure regulator is introduced, the inlet of which is connected to a mechanically controlled pressure regulator and the outlet to a gas cavity

The program for moving the compressed gas, and consequently, the program for the flow rate of the mobile phase, is determined by the volume of the buffer tank and the parameters of the capillary connecting the tank to each other.
The drawing shows a diagram of devices for feeding a mobile phase into a chromatograph.
7.The device includes a container 1 containing a mobile phase. The free volume of the tank for the mobile phase co / is connected to the cylinder 2 containing compressed gas (helium, nitrogen or air) through pressure regulator 3 with mechanical control and pneumatically controlled pressure regulator 4. Capacity 1 is equipped with a pressure gauge 5 and a pressure relief line from the vessel containing the stop valve 6. The liquid from the tank 1 enters the chromatograph through the line in which there is a stop valve 7.
8.The free volume of the tank 1 is also connected to the buffer tank 8 through the capillary 9 and the shut-off valve 10 installed between the capillary 9 and the tank 8. The tank 8 is connected to the pneumatically controlled pressure regulator 4 and to the cylinder 2 through the pressure regulator 11. Line to the stop valve a tap 12 ensures the discharge of gas from the tank 8.
Перед началом работы при помощи регул тора давлени 3 и при открытом запорном кране 10 по показани м манометра 5 устанавливают конечное давление программировани (краны 6, 7 и 12 закрыты).Before starting work, using the pressure regulator 3 and with the shut-off valve 10 open, according to the readings of the pressure gauge 5, set the final programming pressure (taps 6, 7 and 12 are closed).
Then, by opening the shut-off valves 6 and 12, the gas is emitted into the atmosphere, after which, according to the indications of the pressure gauge 5, the initial programming pressure is set using the pressure regulator 11 (the valves 6, 7, 10 and 12 are closed). This completes the setup from the system.

4.using the valve IO with the valve open 7. The exponential dependence of the gas pressure in the tank 1 on the programming time is achieved by filling the pneumatic tank 8 with gas taken from the gas space of the tank I connected to the outlet of the pneumo-controlled regulator 4 through the capillary 9.
