Description

Предлагаетс  способ закреплени  обмотки электрической машины (преимущественно асинхронного двигател ) в открытых пазах магнитопровода , закрываемых перфорированными полосками из ферромагнитного материала, образующими магнитные мостики между концами Зубцов магнитопроводов. Существующие способы закреплепи  обмотки ж указанных перфорированных полос требуют дл  своего осуществлени  сложной и трудоемкой технологии.A method is proposed for fastening the winding of an electric machine (mainly an asynchronous motor) in the open grooves of the magnetic core, closed by perforated strips of ferromagnetic material, forming magnetic bridges between the ends of the magnetic teeth. Предлагаемый способ COCTOTIT в том, что проводники обмотки и наложенные на них перфорированные полоски закрепл ют при помощи кле щей массы, затвердевающей после заполнени  ею всех промежутков между обмотками и стенками паза. Этот способ упрощает технологпю и  вл етс  более экономичным.The proposed COCTOTIT method is that the conductors of the winding and the perforated strips laid on them are secured with an adhesive mass that solidifies after filling all the gaps between the windings and the walls of the groove.
