Description
,Т а б л и ц а 1The invention relates to the chemical treatment of the surface of metals, in particular to the chemical etching of aluminum alloys in alkalis. The defoamer is known for the chemical etching of aluminum alloys in alkalis — snloxane liquid A-1 54 However, the known defoamer is ineffective, which results in an insufficiently smooth aluminum surface. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the aluminum surface after chemical etching. This goal is achieved by using cumene (isopropylbenzene) 1G2 | as a defoaming agent. The ion suppressor is introduced into the pickling solution in an amount of 0.20, 5 vol.%. In tab. I presents the results of tests of the known and proposed foam paste. As follows from the table, the introduction of cumene in quantities identical with the siloxane liquid reduces the foam height by more than 2 times, the defoaming process proceeds more stably, without the formation of a colloidal system and color changes, while with the addition of siloxane liquid, reducing defoaming properties and changing color from light yellow to dark. The quality of the etched aluminum surface is also determined. Test samples of alloy AMG-6 when in solutions, the compositions of which are given in table. 2. 3: The value of roughness and smoothness is determined on a MIS-1 double microscope. The test results are presented in Table. 3. 8507374 -. As follows from the table, the application of the proposed defoamer results in a higher quality, i.e. smoother aluminum surface. ,Table 1
