(54) METHOD OF OBTAINING SULPHATE OF ASHUNIA
Пероксомоносерную кислоту ввод т в виде ее водных сернокислых растворов с содержанием 10-12 мас.%.The invention relates to the technology of mineral salts, in particular to methods for the preparation of sulphate, i.e., they are neutralized with a {a) sulfuric acid. It can be used in the chemical industry ttBlShennosti in the production of various grades of sulfate a1 about 1They. A known method for producing ammonium sulfate, in which to increase the purity of the marketable product, use qpejOA as the ozone oxidant f in workers. However, this method reduces only such mixtures as sulfide, sulfite, tetrathion thiosulfate. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed method is the production of ammonium sulphate (CA) by neutralization with sulfuric acid ammonia followed by crystallization SA, according to which, in order to increase the purity of CA by the content of potassium permanganate, cyclic uterine or source acid is introduced oxidant (hydrogen peroxide) 2). The known method has a significant drawback, namely, the addition of the oxidizing agent hydrogen peroxide does not have a significant effect on the content of chlorine and rhodan-danone impurities in the CA. In general, it does not contribute to reducing the loss of acid, ammonia and CA with waste liquor. In addition, the injected hydrogen peroxide is largely lost due to spontaneous decomposition into water and oxygen. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the content of chlorine and rhodanidione impurities. . This goal is achieved by the method of producing ammonium sulfate by neutralizing sulfuric acid with ammonia in the presence of peroxomonosulfuric acid as an oxidizing agent in an amount of 0.00015-0.06 kg per 1 kg of commercial ammonium sulfate. The operations for obtaining CA are the same in all cases and are as follows. A working solution of sulfuric acid, sent to: 1st for neutralization with ammonia, is prepared by mixing the initial sulfuric acid with the mother liquor from the crystallization process of SA. A gaseous ammonia is passed through the working solution of sulfuric acid for a predetermined time (in all experiments similarly) until the i "reaction mixture becomes 4-5. After that, the resulting CA solution is cooled to 20–25 ° C, the precipitated CA crystals are filtered off and dried, and the mother liquor is returned to the preparation of the working solution for the next synthesis. Peroxomonosulfuric acid is introduced in the form of its aqueous sulfate solutions with a content of 10-12 wt.%.
Analyzes of working media are carried out mainly according to GOST 10873-73 and GOST 66773, and the content of peroxomonosulfuric acid is determined iodometrically according to generally accepted methods.
For the lower limit of the input oxidant, 0.00015 kg is required, at which the content of impurities in the resulting ammonium sulfate is reduced by at least 50%, i.e. High enough useful effect. For the upper limit, it is 0.06 kg, at which the decrease in the content of impurities in the resulting ammonium sulphate is maximum, i.e. a further increase in the amount of oxidant does not lead to an increase in the beneficial effect.
