Description
The invention relates to lightweight cement materials that can be used for cementing oil and gas wells, complicated by the presence of fractured, permeable, weakly bonded and frozen rocks. Known cement slurry consisting of high-aluminate cement 42.8 wt.%, Crushed refractory brick 28.6 wt.% And water 28.6 wt.%. By introducing a ground refractory brick into this solution, a decrease in the strength of the cement stone caused by nepecpHcallization of hexagonal calcium carbonate calcium to cubic D is prevented. Also a tamping basement consisting of a mixture of high alumina cement 50 wt. ash 50 wt.% 2. However, the cement stone formed from such solutions is characterized by low frost resistance, insignificant resistance to impact bending, and insufficiently strong adhesion of the column. In addition, the disadvantages of such a solution include the low permeability and high thermal conductivity of cement x1 m at a negative temperature. . Closest to the proposed technical essence is a lightweight cement material for low-temperature squash, containing gypsum-aluminous cement, a lightening additive and lignin, and water. Such a mixture is mixed with water at a water-cement factor of 0, br. However, the cement stone formed from such a solution has a low coefficient of frost resistance, which characterizes its stability during cyclic temperature fluctuations from (Positive to negative, which corresponds to the conditions of periodic operation). wells associated, for example, with repairs, are unable to absorb the forces caused both by the drillstars on the drill string during the chycKo-lifting operations, and by the eccentricity of the roller cone m while drilling tsementn.ogo cup and characterized insufficient adhesive strength with the casing and the high cost and scarcity of lignin.
Цель изобретени - повьпиение адгезионных свойств и морозе- и ударостойкости цементного камн .The purpose of the invention is the penetration of the adhesive properties and the frost and impact resistance of the cement stone.
Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в качестве облегчающей добавки раствор содержит перлитовый легковес при следующем соотношении компонентов , вес.%:This goal is achieved by the fact that as a facilitating additive, the solution contains perlite lightweight in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

For comparison, two known solutions are also prepared.
The properties of the proposed and known cement slurries are presented in the table.
замораживаниа при - 10°С и полное оттаивание при 4-4 С) к прочности эквивалентных образцов при соответствующей температуре твердени .The frost coefficient of the cement stone was determined as. the ratio of flexural strength of samples of 28 days old after 10, 20 and 30 cycles of freezing - thawing (according to the mode of 30 minutes freezing at –10 ° C and complete thawing at 4–4 ° C) to the strength of equivalent samples at the corresponding hardening temperature.
These tables indicate

Components of rev / ada best properties,. what is known; the frost ratio of cement stone increases by 18-29%, resistance to impact bending / 2 times, adhesion strength / - 3 times. A change in the content of components above the upper and lower limits leads either to a delamination of the system, or to a loss of mobility.
The proposed cement slurry is prepared in the usual way, i.e. mixture, thoroughly homogenized

These factors together contribute to the preservation of monolithic cement stone and provide a reliable and additional sealing of the annular space. In addition, the proposed solution improves the cementing conditions of the wells with the presence of a permeable and weakly bound reservoir, since pearlite granules are procuring material.
