(54) PNEUMATIC NOZZLE
This invention relates to a drying technique and can be used in the food, dairy, chemical and other industries. According to the main author. St. No. 735312 known pneumatic nozzle, mainly for spray dryers, comprising a housing with a nozzle and a pipe arranged along the axis of the housing for the material to be sprayed, in the output end of which a resonator plate is inserted with a gap out of the pipe, the end of which is made in the form of a comb. inclined to the fl plate plane. A disadvantage of the known nozzle is the low vibration intensity of the resonator plate, which reduces the intensity of the atomization process. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the spraying process. The goal is achieved by the fact that the exit end of the nozzle is equipped with a cylindrical flange that has holes with axes on the inner surface of the rjjyxHe, intersecting at the point of the threading pipe lying on the axis, and the ends of the comb teeth are located in the plane passing through this point . In addition, the axis of the blind holes are inclined to the pipe axis at an angle of 4590 ° C. The drawing shows the proposed pneumatic nozzle. The nozzle contains a cylindrical body 1, along the axis of which a pipe 2 for the material to be sprayed, a pipe 3 for a spraying agent and a nozzle 4. A resonator plate 5 terminating with a comb 6 is installed inside the pipe 2. The nozzle 4 is formed with flanging 7, on the inside of which there are blind holes 8. The latter are made in flare 7 at an angle of 45-90 ° to the axis of the pipe 2. The axes, holes 8 intersect at a point lying on the axis of the pipe 2 for the material being sprayed, and the ends of the teeth of the comb 6 are located in a plane, passing cut this point. In the housing 1 on the pipe 2 is installed swirl 9 gas flow. The air nozzle works as follows. The sprayed liquid, for example, a milky katoff suspension, is fed to the nozzle through pipe 25. The resonator plate 5 is washed from the combustor 6; it gets out of the comb 6. The latter dissects the liquid flow. An atomizing agent (compressed air, which passes through the gas flow swirler 9 and enters the nozzle 4) is supplied to the nozzle 3. Compressed air flows around the resonator plate 5 and causes it to oscillate. As a result, a film of liquid moving along the surface of the resonator plate 5 to the comb b, D5 Habitat vf intensively is sprayed when it is blown off. At the same time, the blind holes 8 in the flange 7 intensify transverse oscillations of the flow of the sawing agent. The use of the proposed nozzle will increase the effect ivnosgt raspEllivani highly viscous liquids and slurries / and reduce energozat Rata resulting in a more complete use of compressed air energy.
