Description
The disadvantage of this technical solution. is insufficient bearing capacity. The closest technical solution to the invention is a wooden beam, including a wooden bar and a metal toothed plate, whose teeth are spread in the body of the wooden bar f2. The disadvantage of this device is insufficient bearing capacity. The purpose of the invention is to increase the carrying capacity. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a wooden beam, including a wooden bar and a metal toothed plate, the teeth of which are placed in the body of the wooden bar, the metal serrated plate is made in the form of a yoke covering the ends of the beam to which an additional plate is attached, mounted on the end alky. In this case, the teeth can be placed asymmetrically and pre-bent. In addition, the metal plate may be coated. FIG. 1 shows a fragment of a beam schematically, a section; in fig. 2 and 3 are the same, but with different tooth placement options, a slit; in fig. 4 knot lean on the beam; in fig. 5 and 6 - beam with a clip made in another way, a section. Wood beam includes wood beam 1, metal plate 2, made in the form of clamps with teeth 3. Wood beam 1 can be made in the form of a package made up of separate plates 4, for example, plywood. The tooth 3 is placed on the sides of the sheet holder by stamping. Teeth can also be stamped on the outside of the rim. The teeth .5 are fastened to fix Other Structures to the casing 2. The tooth is stamped, preferably symmetrically, two from each line, with the upper part of one euSa distant from the base of the other, opposite the second tooth, At the stage of manufacturing the serrated metal plate bends around the wooden one, after which the tooth 3 enters the body of the beam fixed the plate in a fixed position. Tooth 3 can be stamped on the same form. that they are automatically guided in different directions, as shown in FIG. 2; Such a form of the teeth significantly increases the strength of the joint. The tooth 3 can be stamped with such a length that at the final stage of the mutual connecting of the metal plate and the wooden bar they can abut the metal plate on the opposite side, causing the so-called bending. In other words, the tip of the tooth can be correspondingly bent into a semicircular shape, forming a strong grip. This connection can be further strengthened by the fact that when such a tooth (FIG. 3) meets an anti-pole sheet plate, it closes the contact and an electric current flows between them, with the result that the tooth is strongly welded. Local heating caused by welding is not dangerous, since the metal sheet prevents the access of oxygen, which prevents ignition of the wood bar made of plywood. The metal cog clip is fixed on the timber bar and having a flange-like outlet 6 due to the additional plate allows to lay insulating material 7 or any other construction on the protrusions without fixing or fastening the screw 1.zh, passing through the flange protrusions The metal holder 2 can be made integral with an additional plate b attached to the wallpaper 1 by welding (Fig. 5) or attached to the fold plate 7. Metal plates that are mounted on each side of the face of the plate. chatoy core, easily manufactured, processed and reinforcement are, depending on the timber material may be used various kinds of gear may vary plastinS shape, arrangement of teeth, the width of the plates and .t.d. The required voltage in the building structure can be achieved by the voltage of the toothed plate, which is installed on the timber. The connection of the holder with the bruos with the complete absence of slippage is achieved by the additional use of glue between the edge of the beam and the wall of the holder. The strength and rigidity of the yoke can be improved by using wafers with high strength and rigidity. However, in these cases there are difficulties associated with the tendency of the metal to break. These problems can be solved by using various kinds of fibers (for example, carbon fibers bonded to a plate). The use of fibers connected to the surface of the yoke increases the rigidity and strength of the metal sheet, using-. cage, which ultimately leads K. increase the rigidity and strength of the building structure. The metal sheet used for the yoke may be profiled, which also gives greater stiffness to the yoke. invention 1, a wooden beam comprising a wooden bar and a metal toothed plate, the teeth of which are placed in the body of a wooden bar, characterized in that, in order to increase the carrying capacity / metal toothed plate. in the form of a holder covering the ends of the beam to which an additional plate is attached, mounted on the end of the beam. 2i Beam pop, 1, characterized in that the teeth are placed asassimetrically and previously bent. 3. Roll popp, 1 and 2, characterized in that the metallic serrated plate is made with coated. Sources of information taken into account in the examination 1, Ivanov V, F. Wood constructions.
