Abstract

A sizing device, for classifying particles, comprises a frame which is substantially rhombic in side elevation or vertical longitudinal section, and carrying a number of screens, bars, or similar elements having openings larger than the arriving particles. Vibrating means are secured to the frame beneath the screens or the like and symetrically with respect to the shorter diagonal of the substantially rhombic frame, so that the space above the topmost screen is free and substantially unobstructed.

154) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ СОРТИРОВКИ ЧАСТИЦ ЗЕРНИСТОГО Изобретение относитс  к устройств дл  сортировки частиц зернистых мате риалов . Известны устройства дл  сортировк частиц зернистых материалов, содержа щие подвешенную на амортизаторах раму, состо щую иЗ передней, задней и боковых стенок, приводимую в колебательное движение от вибраторов, несущую прикрепленные к ней решетки с отверсти ми, наклонно расположенные одна над другой, В устройства этого типа вибраторы смонтированы IB верхней части l. Недостатки этих устройств заключаютс  в том, что пространство между основанием вибратора и верхней решеткой ограничивает максимальный размеры подаваемых частиц материала а также в том, что указанное пространство не может быть использовано, нап|5имер, дл  загрузки. Кроме того, при подаче в устройство гор чего материала вибраторы подвергаютс  нежелательному воздействию тепла. Известно также устройство дл  сор тировки частиц материала, в котором рама с решетками приводитс  в колебательное движе ие от вибратора, рас МАТЕРИАЛА положенного,в нижней части устройства снаружи рамы Г2. Однако в этих устройствах также не обеспечиваетс  равномерный режим работы, который зависит от величины и положени  вибрируемой массы сор гируемого материала, измен емых во врем  работы, что приводит обычно к неравномерному процессу подачи материала . Цель изобретени  - обеспечение равномерного режима работы. Это достигаетс  тем, что вибра торы расположены внутри рамы под решетками, а боковые стенки рамы выполнены ромбической формы, при этом вибраторы прикреплены к попе речной стенке,котора  жестко.присоединена к боковым стенкам рамы перпендикул рно последним и расположена в направлении вибрации вдоль меньшей диагонали ромбической боковой стенкк . Вибраторы целесообразно расположить симметрично по обеим сторонам поперечной стенки.
