Description

В насто щее врем при фотомеханическом воспроизведении одноцветных и многоцветных тоновых оригиналов производитс градационна ретушь. Процесс градационной ретуши, т. е. корректировани на фотографических формах передачи градаций изображени в цроизводстве , обычно выполн етс вручную. Этот процесс весьма трудоемкий и требует большого опыта и художественной подготовки мастера-ретушера .At present, when photomechanical reproduction of monochrome and multicolor tone originals, gradation retouching is performed. Описываемый способ негативно-позитивного градационного маскировани при фотомеханической репродукции позвол ет устранить указанные недостатки тем, что, с целью градационного исправлени при воспроизведении одноцветных и многоцветных оригиналов, светлые тона маскируютс на негативе, а тени- на диапозитиве, причем маски изготавливаютс со значительной недодержкой, но с повышенным контрастом в маскируемой части полутонов изображени .The described method of negative-positive gradation masking during photomechanical reproduction eliminates these drawbacks by the fact that, for the purpose of gradation correction when reproducing monochrome and multicolor originals, light tones are masked on the negative and shadows are on the slides, and the masks are made with significant underexposure, but with enhanced contrast in the masked halftones of the image.

1.Изготовление с тонового оригинала двух негативов на пленке: одного - основного, с .пропорциональной передачей средних полутонов изображени , фотографически м гких; второго - дополнительного, вл ющегос маской дл корректировани оптических плотностей основного негатива в светлых детал х рисунка. На этом, более слабом против основного, негативе-маске должна быть пропорционально передана только светла часть шкалы полутонов оригинала, но с повышенной контрастностью против основного негатива, что достигаетс режимом недодержки и увеличенного времени про влени .1.
