Description
The invention relates to metallurgy and mass production, namely to devices for heating materials with radiation tubes. A burner of a radiation pipe is known, containing coaxially mounted with the formation of an annular canal. A cylindrical shell with a confusing outlet section and a central gas supply pipe having a conical tip tapering in the course of the flow; low combustion efficiency with soot release. The aim of the invention is to increase the 3 (1) efficiency of combustion by reducing soot formation. This goal is achieved by the fact that a central opening is additionally made in the conical tip of the gas supply pipe, the cross section of which is 0.2-0.4 of the total area of the cross section of all openings of the conical tip. Such a constructive (| burner burner allows the use of the kinetic and diffusion modes of fuel combustion. The introduction of the main part of the gas at an angle to the air jet contributes to their intensive mixing and burning gas along the inner surface of the radiation pipe with an air flow rate equal to 1 , 4-1.8, which prevents it from overheating. An additional gas stream introduced along the axis of the gas supplying pipe, mixing with a high-temperature air-smoke mixture, burns out without heat The amount of the axial part of the gas, equal to 0.2-0.4, is optimal. When the gas flow rate through the axial orifice is less than 0.2, the non-uniformity of heating along the length of the radiation pipe increases, and if the value is greater than 0.4 , an intense soot release begins.
The drawing shows the burner radiation pipe.
5.The burner of the radiation tube 1 contains a cylindrical shell 2, the central gas supply of the pipe 3 with a conical tapering tip-4, in the side of which there are outlet holes 5.
6An aperture 6 is additionally made in the center of the gas supply pipe.
The work of the burner is as follows.
The gas flows through the gas supply pipe 2 and through the openings 5 and. 6 expires in the working volume of the pipe 1. In the pipe, the gas is mixed with air, burns, transferring heat to the wall of the radiation pipe, and from it to the burning material.
Стойкость ее увеличиваетс в 4-5 раз, улучшаетс качество нагрева материала и произвоцительность технологического агресата .When using the proposed burner, soot release when burning gas is eliminated due to uniform heating along the length of the radiation tube. Its durability is increased 4-5 times, the quality of heating of the material and the productivity of the process aggregate are improved.
