Изобретение относитс  к технологической оснастке дл  изготовлени  радиоаппаратуры ичможет быть использовано при закреплении жгутов, вывод ных концов обмоток электрических катушек и т.д. Известно устройство дл  нанесени  расплава кле  на издели , содержащее рабочую камеру дл  кле  с выпускным отверстием и нагреватели и Недостатком данного устройства  вл етс  пригорание кле  на стенках рабочей камеры, что значительно сокращает срок службы устройства. Цель изобретени  - повышение сро ка службы. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем что устройство дл  нанесени  расплава кле  на издели , содержащее рабочую камеру дл  кле  с выпускным отверстием и нагреватели, снабжено резервуаром с жидким теплоносителем, в котором установлена с зазором рабо ча  камера, причем нагреватели уста новлены между резервуаром и рабочей камерой, котора  соединена с источником сжатого воздуха. На чертеже схематически изображено устройство. Устройство дл  нанесени  расплава кле  содержит резервуар 1 с жидКИМ теплоносителем, внутри которого с зазором размещена рабоча  камера 2, заполн ема  клеем. В качестве теплоносител  может использоватьс , например , кремнеорганическа  жидкость. Между резервуаром 1 и рабочей камерой 2 смонтированы электронагреватели 3, защищенные от воздействи  теплоносител  рубашкой 4. Рабоча  камера 2 закрыта крышкой 5, на которой закреплен опущенный в камеру термодатчик 6. Камера снабжена штуцером 7 дл  подвода теплого сжатого воздуха. Клей из камеры 2 выдавливаетс  через сопло 8 с клапаном 9 в циде шарика. Устройство работает следующим образом. В рабочую камеру 2 при сн той крышке 5 загружаютс  гранулы кле . Включаютс  электронагреватели 3, клей расплавл етс  до жидкотекучего состо ни . Температура кле  контролируетс  термодатчиком 6, помЬщенным непосредственно в клей. The device for melt adhesive application contains a reservoir 1 with a liquid coolant, inside which the working chamber 2 filled with glue is placed with a gap. For example, a silica fluid can be used as a heat carrier. Electric heaters 3 are protected between tank 1 and working chamber 2, protected by coolant from jacket 4. Working chamber 2 is closed by a lid 5, on which a temperature sensor 6 lowered into the chamber is fixed. The chamber is equipped with a fitting 7 for supplying warm compressed air. Glue from chamber 2 is extruded through the nozzle 8 with the valve 9 in the ball cide. The device works as follows. Glue granules are loaded into the working chamber 2 when the cover 5 is removed. Electric heaters 3 are turned on, the glue melts to a fluid state. The temperature of the glue is controlled by a temperature sensor 6 directly inserted into the glue. The thermal sensor is included in the thermal stabilization system of the device (not shown).
