Известен способ оифференциальной оиагностики ревматических пороков и ишеми- ческой болезни серила, осложненных мерцательной аритмией, путем исспецовг ни  крови 1. Однако известный способ не обеспечивает высокой Точности дифференциальной оиагностикк ишемической болезни серода (ИБС) и ревматизма, осложненных мерцательной аритмией, особенно при афонических пороках сердца, патентном течении и минимальной степени активности ревматизма , случайном выполнении мерцательной аритмии у лиц старше сорока лет, а также требуют много времени на проведение исследований. Цепь изобретени  - повышение точности сшсоба и ускорение его. Эта цель достигаетс  тем, что способ дифференциальной диагностики ревматических пороков серсща, осложненных мерц тельной аритмией, осуществл ют путем исследовани  крови, в которой определ ют активность 5-нуклеотидазы, при увеличен НИИ которой на 68,6% по сравнению с нормой ди а гн ости тируют ревматический порок сердца, а при уменьшении на 11,7% - ишемическую болезнь. Способ осуществл ют следующим образом , У обследуемых больных берут 5 мл крови натощак из вены, центрифугируют, отдел ют сыворотку. Одну пробу инкубируют с -глицерофосфатом другую - с 5 АМФ, обе при рН 7,5. Кажда  из проб состоит из 0,2 мл сыворотки, р,3 мл Н НпО и 7 Мл соответствующей смеси бу фераи субстрата. Врем  инкубации 2,5 ч. Реакцию прерывают, прибавл   0,5 мл 30%-ного раствора трихлоруксусной кислоты и огфедел ют количество неорганического фосфата, дл  чего к 1 мл безбелко-. вого фильтрата добавл ют по 1 мл раствора молибдена аммони  и аскорбиновойThe invention relates to sackshine and can be used in cardiology. Each sample consists of 0.2 ml of serum, p, 3 ml of HnO, and 7 ml of the appropriate mixture of buffer and substrate. The incubation time is 2.5 hours.
