Description
Изобретение относитс к Трубопро водной арматуре, в частности к запорным ycTpoficTBaM с поворотной запорной пробкой. Известно запорнбе устройство, в корпусе которого с входным и выходным патрубками установлена поворотна запорна пробка ,с проходным каналом и выполнен дренажный канал, герметизированный относительно корпуса и пробки и размещенный в плоскости , перпендикул рной оси вращени пробки 1. Недостатком данного устройст.ва вл етс низка надежность и мала пропускна способность. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности и увеличение проходного се чени пробки. Это достигаетс тем, что проходн канал пробки выполнен профилир ованн например, /-образной формы с выступ взаимодействующим в закрытом положе нии пробки -с герметизирующим элемен том дренажного канала, причем дренажный канал смещен в направлении входного патрубка. На фиг. 1 изображено предлагаемо запорное устройство, продольный раз рез в плоскости, параллельной оси вращени пробки (в открытом положении ), на фиг. 2 - то же, продольный разрез в плоскости, перпендикул рной оси вращени пробки (в открытом положении ) на фиг. 3 - то же,в закрытом положении, на фиг. 4 - то же,поперечный разрез. В корпусе 1 запорного устройства установлены входной 2 и выходной 3 резьбовые патрубки, поворотна запорна пробка 4 и выполнен дренажный канал 5, размещенный в плоскости, перпендикул рной оси вращени , и смещенный в направлении входного 2 патрубка . Запорна пробка 4 выполнена с профилированным проходжам каналом б V-образной формы с выступом 7, который снабжен вырезом 8 желобообразной формы. Дренажный канал 5 уплотнен герметизирующим элементом 9 относительно корпуса 1 и пробки 4. В корпусе размещены опорные манжеты 10 и 11, которые поджимаютс к запорной пробке 4 соответственно входным- 2-й выходным 3 резьбовыми патрубками. In the case 1 of the locking device, the inlet 2 and the outlet 3 are threaded nozzles, a rotary closure plug 4 and a drainage channel 5 are installed, located in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation, and displaced in the direction of the inlet 2 nozzle. The closure plug 4 is formed with a V-shaped channel b profiled with a protrusion 7, which is provided with a groove-shaped notch 8.
