A holder for an artificial lens, made in the form of a ring of indifferent material and having protrusions emanating from the periphery of the ring and located in the same plane l, is known. However, implantation of an artificial lens equipped with a holder known to cause postoperative complications as a result of injury to the tissue. The aim of the invention is to reduce postoperative complications. The goal is achieved. The holder is provided with additional fastening elements made in the form of legs and elements directed radially inward, serving to fasten the lens mounted in the holder, while the legs are located in a plane, parallel to the plane of the protrusions. In addition, in the holder, the paws are loop-shaped, in the form of loop-shaped arcs, elastic; the elements in the holder that serve to attach the lens are made in the form of rods. They are g-shaped, in the form of protrusions with oval holes. In the holder, the tabs are integral with the elements used to mount the lens; a protrusion for identifying the lens is made in the holder on the portion of the ring that is free from the elements that serve to fix the lens; the number of projections in the holder - three, the number of legs - three; the holder is made of plastic or metal. FIG. 1 shows the holder for an artificial lens, a general view; in fig. 2 - holder preparation; in fig. 3 - formed holder; in fig. 4 is a section A-A in FIG. 3; in fig. 5 is a section BB in FIG. 6 is a section B-B in FIG. 3; in fig. 7 shows an embodiment of the turf of FIG. the same fragment of FIG. 8 - Zhetel, cop on an enlarged scale; in fig. 9, 10 - section, G-Y and D-D (dotted line) in FIG. 7 for two embodiments of the holder; in fig. 11 — holder in general, embodiment; in fig. 12 - the same, preparation; in fig. 13 - the same fragment; in fig. 14 is an embodiment of the holder.
1.1, 12).The holder is made in the form of a ring 1 of indifferent material and has protrusions 2 emanating from the periphery of the ring and located in one plane. In addition, the holder is provided with additional fastening elements, made in the form of tabs 3, and radially inward-directed elements, which serve to bind the lyse 4 mounted in the holder. In this case, the tabs 3 are located in a plane parallel to the plane of the protrusions 2. Fig. 1-13) or in the form of loop-shaped arcs 5 (Fig. 14), Moreover, in order to ensure a secure attachment, the legs are resilient. The elements used for attaching the lens are made in the form of rods 6 and 7. Moreover, part of the rods or all rods may be L-shaped. In addition, the elements that serve to crepe the lens can be made in the form of protrusions 8 with oval holes (Figs. 11-13). Moreover, in such a holder, the tabs 3 are made integral with the elements that serve to attach the lens, with protrusions 8. And on, a portion of the ring, free from elements that serve to mount the lens, a projection 9 is made, which serves to identify the lens (Fig. 1.1, 12).
The design of the holder provides for three projections and three legs, and the material for the manufacture of the holder can be plastic or 1 etall.
Таким образом , держатель с линзой надежно удерживаетс благодар взаимодействию лапок и выступов с внутренней и наружной сторонами радужной оболочки .When using the holder, its protrusions 2 and the legs 3 serve to attach the ring 1 with the lens 4 to the iris, placing it on the outer and inner side of the slave. In order to guide the inner side of the iris through the pupil of the foot 3, the lens is bent toward the center. Due to the elastic properties, the legs return to the original position after passing through the pupil. Thus, the holder with the lens is securely held due to the interaction of the legs and protrusions with the inner and outer sides of the iris.
Lens 4 is retained in ring 1 due to the interaction of the rods b and 7 with the outer and inner sides of the lens or with the end surface of the lens.
The holder design provides a reduction in postoperative complications,
