Description
Изобретение относитс к разработке металлсодержащих полимеров, имею щих в качестве основы полиамиды, используемых в антифрикционных узлах машин, а также в конструкционных цел х. Известна полимерна композици , содержаща полиамид и металлический наполнитель П1. Однако эта композици не обладает достаточным модулем упругости. Целью изобретени вл етс увелич ние модул упругости и снижение относительной деформации материала на основе зтой композиции. Эта цель достигаетс тем, что известна композици l в качестве металлического наполнител содержит высокопористные материалы с чеистосетчатой структурой, выбранные из группы железо, никель, нихром, при следующем соотношении компонентов, вес.%: Высокопористьш металл Полиамид80-96 Пример. Дл получени материала на основе поликапролактама с металлическим наполнителем берут порометаллы железо,никель,нихром. Указанные порометаллы пропитывают мономером капролактама с последующей полимеризацией при 170с. Полученные материалы испытывают на величину модул упругости и величину относительной деформации (по ГОСТу 11262-68). Результаты испытаний приведены в таблице. Издели из материала на основе предлагаемой композиции обладают улучшенными свойствами по сравнению с материалом с порошковым наполнителем при одинаковых нагрузках и огут быть использованы в конструкионных цел х и дл антифрикционых злементов конструкций. 4The invention relates to the development of metal-containing polymers, which have polyamides as the base, which are used in anti-friction units of machines, as well as for structural purposes. To obtain a material based on polycaprolactam with a metal filler, iron porometal, nickel, and nichrome are taken. These porometals are impregnated with caprolactam monomer, followed by polymerization at 170 s. The resulting materials are tested on the magnitude of the elastic modulus and the value of the relative deformation (according to GOST 11262-68). The test results are shown in the table. Products made of a material based on the proposed composition have improved properties as compared to a material with a powder filler at the same load and can be used for structural purposes and for anti-friction elements of structures. four
