Abstract
Способ выделения хлорсульфированного полиэтилена из раствора в четыреххлористом углероде, включающий распыление раствора в циркулирующую в высадительной колонне воду и обработку водяным паром, отличающийся тем, что, с целью увеличения производительности процесса, раствор хлорсульфированного полиэтилена приводят в контакт на 0,01-0,02 с водяным паром с температурой 120-127C на стадии распыления раствора перед подачей его в воду, причем отношение количества пара к раствору хлорсульфированного полиэтилена составляет 0,3 - 0,8.The method of separation of chlorosulfonated polyethylene from a solution in carbon tetrachloride, including spraying the solution into the water circulating in the drop tower and steam treatment, characterized in that, in order to increase the productivity of the process, the chlorosulfonated polyethylene solution is brought into contact with 0.01-0.02 s water vapor with a temperature of 120-127C at the stage of spraying the solution before feeding it into water, and the ratio of the amount of steam to a solution of chlorosulfonated polyethylene is 0.3-0.8.
