Description
дающего агента, образующего нерастворимое соединение с пирофосфатом, с последующим фильтрованием суспензионной смеси и сушкой отделенного осадка 3у Даннь1й способ также не ооеспечивает достаточной {жости люминофора из-за применени неорганического биндера при осаждении пигмента на частицах люмино-The invention is applied to luminescence technology, in particular, to processes for obtaining phosphors based on rare-earth elements, for example, a red glow, used in the electronics industry for color television. In modern production of kinescopes for color television, sulphide phosphors with blue and green luminescence and phosphors based on rare earth elements of red luminescence 1 are used. A method of producing pigmented (dyed.) Phosphors by fixing the pigment particles on the surface of the phosphor particles using i organic binder - latex. While stirring the corresponding components for 16 hours, then adding to the mixture solutions of aluminum nitrate and ammonia to form an insoluble compound, and then washing the pigmented product by decantation from foam. The disadvantage of this method lies in the duration of the process (up to 2Oh) in the large consumption of demineralized water for washing the phosphor and in the insufficient brightness of the last presence of the inorganic binder Ae (he) 3. There is also known a method for producing pigmented red phosphors of the luminescence color, for example, based on the rare earth element yttrium, which involves the preparation of an aqueous suspension and pigment in the salt of pyrophosphate, mixing it with a phosphor in the presence of precipitation. giving the agent forming an insoluble compound with pyrophosphate, followed by filtering the suspension mixture and drying the separated sediment. The 3rd Danny method also does not provide sufficient phosphor {because of the use of an inorganic binder in the deposition of pigment on the particles
