Description

Кроме того, в составе эмали исключено содержание токсичной окиси кадми  Стоимость эмали снижена на «25%.The invention relates to a glass enamel composition for the decorative and decorative finish of aluminum and its alloys. The enamel composition is known for the protective-decorative finish of aluminum and its alloys, containing, in wt.%: Silica 20-50, boric anhydride read 0-15; sodium oxide, potassium oxide and lithium oxide 0-46; titanium dioxide 5-30; calcium oxide 0-5; phosphoric anhydride 0-5; iron oxide, cobalt oxide, nickel oxide and manganese oxide 1-15 l. The disadvantage of this composition is low chemical resistance. Closest to; The proposed composition of the enamel for aluminum, including wt.%: 6.8-7.2; TiOrt24,224, 7; N32.0 21.9-22.5; 9.6-10.1 2.0-2.4; GeOi 0.9-1.1; CdO 1.82, 1; CaO 1.0-1.2; SiO, the rest. The disadvantages of this enamel are that it contains scarce and expensive components, toxic, has low resistance to water. The purpose of the invention is to increase the water resistance and reduce the cost. This goal is achieved by the fact that enamel for aluminum, including 5102., TiO-i, GeO / j, CaO,), LijtO, additionally contains, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 0.5-3.0 Ti02 24, 0-25.0 6.0-8.0 NaiO 20.0-23.0 1.5-4.0 GeOa 0.5 - 2.0 KjO 8.0 -11, Q ReaOz 1.5 - 6, 0 S t Oa Else Specific enamel formulations are represented in m. 1. Properties of the proposed formulations are given in table 2. The proposed enamel composition has an increased water resistance, adhesion strength, which is of particular importance for aluminum glass coatings used as a protective and decorative finish for products used in everyday life under atmospheric conditions. In addition, the content of toxic cadmium oxide was excluded from the enamel. The cost of enamel was reduced by “25%.
