Description
The invention relates to wastewater treatment and can be used in the pulp and paper industry, for example, in wastewater treatment of causticisation plants and lime regeneration. In sulphate cellulose production, after settling of green liquor, so-called black sludge is formed, consisting of unburned carbon, iron sulfides, silicates, aluminates. Black sludge is the main component of workshop sewage. causticization and lime regeneration (CCRI). Each toner of pulp accounts for 2 to 12 kg of black sludge. The so-called scrubber water used in enterprises for one hundred days of washing white sludge is also classified as wastewater from the CCRI. This water is not a complete substitute for fresh water, since highly dispersed carbonate and hydroxide particles of calories and residues of fuel oil found in Heia impair the process of sedimentation and filtration of isham, which is used as equipment used in modern spfructyl mortars. not designed to work with highly dispersed osg1dkami. Sludge and ash-containing sewage of the CCRI cannot be discharged into the reservoir, as they dramatically increase the amount of suspended matter in the water and increase the pH of the reservoirs. The closest in technical essence and achieved, and the aforementioned result of the proposed is a method for purifying wastewater from sulphate-cellulose production, consisting of alkaline wastewater and wastewater from causticization and lime regeneration shops, including clarification by settling and subsequent biological purification of clarified water. In this method, the CCRI wastewater is sent to sludge collectors, where it is clarified by settling. The clarified alkaline water from sludge collectors is discharged to the treatment plant, and the sludges after filling up the sludge accumulator are to be disposed of. The clarified water is purified biologically by biot oxidation in aerotanks. As a result of biological oxidation, the biomass of activated sludge increases, the excess of which is to be removed from the bio-cleaning system. Ion accumulators are used to accumulate excess activated sludge according to the existing scheme. After filling the sludge pool, the sediment is to be buried or dehydrated in special workshops. When storing excess {activated sludge in sludge accumulations, rotting processes take place, accompanied by hydrogen sulfide deposition, methane deposition and sedimentation, which leads to pollution of the environment 1. The disadvantage of this method of treating TsKRI effluents is the need to build sludge collectors, and the sewage treatment plants - sludge collectors. The disadvantages are also the formation of larger volumes of wastewater and the loss of significant amounts of chemicals with them. On the other hand . a large amount of excess activated sludge is produced that does not have sufficient disposal routes. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of clarification while simultaneously generating lime from wastewater. The goal is to achieve that alkaline wastewater is mixed with excess activated sludge and the mixture is introduced into the wastewater of the causticization and lime regeneration plants. Use excess activated sludge with a concentration of 3-25 g / l. The proposed method is carried out as follows. Alkaline wastewater is mixed in a mixer with biologically purified water with a concentration of excess activated sludge of 3-25 g / l, the mixture obtained is sent to a clarifier, the waste water is supplied to the SCR. The resulting compacted sludge is fed to a filter for dewatering and then to a kiln for the purpose of lime regeneration. The clarified water containing products of hydrolysis of biomass of activated sludge is used instead of fresh water to wash the white slurry of the SCR. Example 1. 1 l Suspensions of black sludge (}, the total alkali content is 65 g / l in units), separated after washing, is mixed with 5 l of biologically purified waste water with an excess sludge concentration of 3 g / l. After peg stirring, the resulting mixture is added to 10 liters of SCRI wastewater with a concentration of suspended solids of 4 g / l and allowed to settle until the sediment has completely settled. The clarified alkaline solution of the hydrolysis products of activated sludge is taken and used to wash the white sludge in the CCRI. The compacted sludge is calcined in a crucible furnace to produce lime. Examples 2-5. Analogously to example 1, water treatment is carried out by a CSRI using biologically purified water with a concentration of excess activated sludge, respectively, g / l: 2.50; 2.5; 17, O; 27.0. The results presented in the table show that it is optimal to use excess activated sludge with a concentration of 3-25 g / l. . The proposed method of processing allows to realize a closed water use system in the system of the causticization shop - the regeneration workshop, intensification. the white-cell sintering process due to the use of an alkaline solution enriched in the hydrolysis products of biomass of activated sludge, to reduce or completely eliminate the dumping of biomass of excess activated sludge, to eliminate the use of expensive additives at the white sludge washing station, to return lime to the production system for the construction of sludge collectors.
