Description
(54) METHOD OF TESTING FOR DURABILITY AND LOCALITY OF CAPACITIES
The invention relates to the testing of products: and it has been replenished to control the durability and tightness of containers with simultaneous replacement of surface defects. The known method of detecting surface defects of products by the method of color flaw detection consists in the fact that a penetrant is applied to the product, its excess is removed and the developing coating is applied, and defects are indicated by penetrant sorption by the penetrant coating and color reaction of the penetrant. and a chemical indicator exhibiting coatings 1. The disadvantage of the method is low sensitivity, due to the fact that penetrat penetrates into surface defects only by capillary forces and therefore is detected vaets relatively large surface defects, and melchayschie pores and micro-defects remain non- "detecting. In addition, the method has a high complexity and a long technological cycle of testing. The closest to the invention to the technical essence and achievable. The result is a method for testing the strength and tightness of containers, which means that an indicator coating is applied to the outer surface of the container, and the container is filled with control liquid under pressure, the leaks of which are detected by color change. indicator coverage 2. The disadvantage of this method is that it allows detecting only through defects, and special methods and methods are used to detect surface defects. gadfly with additional tests. As a result, the total technological cycle of tests for the detection of through and surface defects takes a lot of time and is very labor intensive. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity also when surface defects are detected. This goal is achieved by the fact that after the control liquid penetrates into through and surface defects, it is used as a penetrant, then it is removed from the container, and the indicator
покрытие, которое используют в качестве про вл ющего покрыти .a coating that is used as a developing coating.
Кроме того, с наружной поверхности емкости удал ют индикаторное покрытие, которое используют в качестве пенетрапта, нанос т на поверхность контрольную жидкость , которую используют в качестве про вител .In addition, the indicator coating, which is used as a penetrant, is removed from the outer surface of the container, and the control liquid, which is used as a developer, is applied to the surface.
The method is defined as follows.
The product is filled with a control liquid, i.e. aqueous solution of chromic, pressure is applied and maintained for 30-120 min (depending on the sensitivity of the test), indicator mass is applied to the outer surface of the container and detect through defects. After that, the control liquid is removed from the container, its residues are also removed from the surfaces of the container, the indicator mass is applied to the inner surface, and surface defects are determined by change in the color of the indicator mass.
In order to detect surface defects on the outer surface of the container, the indicator mass is removed from this surface, the control liquid is applied, and the presence of the control liquid is determined by the change in color of the indicator mass in surface defects.
The proposed method of testing products for strength and tightness, compared with known methods, and has the following advantages:
а)повыщаетс производительность испытаний на 30°/о за счет сокращени технологического цикла испытаний;a) increase test productivity by 30 ° / o due to reduction of the technological test cycle;
в дефекты.b) the sensitivity and reliability of detection of surface defects is increased due to the fact that their detection is carried out in tests for strength and tightness, i.e. at the moment when the product is in the stress state, all surface and through microdefects are opened and favorable conditions are created for the penetration of the test liquid (indicator mass). into defects.
