Description

The invention relates to devices for repairing casing strings of water, oil and gas wells in order to restore airtightness and from the repair of permeable formations in open hole wells. A known extender for installing expandable liners in wells, comprising a rod and resilient sectors placed on it in the form of collet 1.. The disadvantage of this extender is the impossibility of its use in wells with different internal diameters without replacing the elastic sectors. Known extender for installing expandable liners in wells, including a rod with a conical sleeve placed on it and elastic sectors fixed at the end of the rod L2 J. The disadvantage of this extender is a large number of parts with rubbing surfaces in the process of expansion of the shank that lead to seizure of moving parts as a result of the appearance of gaps and clogging of gaps between them. The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device by reducing the rubbing surfaces in the process of expanding the shank. This goal is achieved by the fact that the conical sleeve is rigidly connected to the rod, and the sectors on the inner surface have protrusions for interacting with the conical surface of the sleeve. FIG. Figure 1 shows schematically the proposed extender for installing expandable liners in wells; on r. 2 - section aa in figure 1. The expander has a rod 1, made in the upper part with a supporting shank 2 with a tapered punch 3, an emphasis 4 and in the lower part with

8.-.10threaded, movable conical punch 5, which interacts with elastic sectors 6 held by a ring; 8 .-. 10

The scavenger works as follows.

6.The adjusting conic sleeve 8 is set to a position corresponding to the overall diameter of the split sectors, given the diameter of the well. When retracting the square spreader 2, supported by the tapered punch 3, the lower end of the expandable shank moves the JQ extender to the working position, moving down the stop 4, the movable conical punch 5 with elastic sectors 6, which move the regulating conical sleeve 8 to the desired position and 25, the return spring 10 is compressed. In this case, the contacting of the interacting surfaces is carried out along the protrusion 11 of the sectors 6.

The extension of the shank is performed by the sequentially supporting taper punch 3, the movable taper punch.5 and elastic sectors 6o. After the whole shank has been expanded and exited by the expander, the return spring 10 moves the expander to the transport position, returning the movable cone 5 and the elastic sectors up.

The use of the proposed extender for installing liners in wells allows to increase the reliability of work on the repair of wells, increase the efficiency of the device and eliminate adarii when installing extensions of liners.
