Применение данного изобретени в гидросистемах транспортньк машин позвол ет повысить устойчивость их работы .(54) HYDRAULIC BULK TRANSFER by hydraulic motor 6, mechanism for changing pump performance, including power hydraulic cylinders 7 and 8, displacing regulator 9 connected to auxiliary pump 10 via distributor spool i1, control cavity I2 is connected to high pressure hydraulic line A and speed sensor 13 rotation of the shaft 2 of the pump 3. In this case, the distribution valve 11 is equipped with an electro magnet 14, the measles 15 of which is associated with the valve 11, and the winding 16 is connected to a two-stage voltage divider, The two potentiometers 17 and 18, the first of which are connected to a constant voltage source 19, are connected by a movable contact 20 to the sensor 13, and the output is connected to the input of a second potentiometric converter 18, the movable contact 21 of which is connected to the regulator organ 9, and the output with the winding 16 of the electromagnet 14, the signal from the divider voltage to the electromagnet enters through the amplifier 22, the auxiliary pump is equipped with check valves 23 and 24 and valve 25. Hydraulic volumetric transmission works as follows. The motor 1 rotates the shaft 2 of the pump 3, which drives the hydraulic motor 6. The speed of the hydraulic motor 6 is determined by the position of the regulator 9 moved by the hydraulic motor 7 and 8. The latter are controlled as follows. The Potentsometric transducer 17 is a software device that specifies for a supported torque on the shaft 2 of the pump 3, depending on its rotational speed. The program executed on converter 17 is determined by the mechanical (traction) characteristic of the driving motor 1. Converter 18 reproduces the function of the transmission ratio of the hydraulic transmission (i.e. the ratio of the speed of rotation of the shaft of the pump and the hydraulic motor) depending on the positions of the regulator 9. The signal from the converter 17 (which is a function of a given time) is multiplied with the signal from the converter 18 (which is a function of the transfer ratio), amplified by the amplifier 22 and fed to the winding 16 of the electromagnet 14. Thus. 9. 4 sludge effects of the core 15 of the electromagnet 14 on the spool II is converted into a hall, this pressure. The force on the spool created by the pressure in the cavity 12 is determined by the pressure in the hydroline 4. If both forces are the same, then the spool Ii is on average the average of the displacement of the core along the core, i.e. . with increasing movement of the core from the zero position (position when the core and core cores overlap completely), the force acting on the measles increases. If the spool is in the middle position, the oil from the pump 10 does not flow into the hydraulic cylinders 7 and 8 and the regulator 9 does not change. Assume that the pressure in hydroline 4 has increased. Then the valve I1 moves upwards, the oil from the pump 10 enters the hydraulic cylinder 8 and the regulator 9 moves to the side to decrease the performance of the pump 3 (increase gear ratio) until the force on the core 15 of the electromagnet 14 becomes equal to the force on the valve I1 from the pressure in the cavity 12. If the pressure in the hydroline 4 decreases, the valve 11 moves downwards, the oil from the pump 10 enters the hydraulic cylinder 7 and the regulator 9 moves in the direction of increasing the capacity (decrease in gear ratio eni). Thus, the hydraulic transmission maintains a POWER that corresponds to a given moment and, therefore, a given moment on the shaft 2 of the pump 3. The pump 10 through the check valves 23 and 24 compensates for the leakage of oil from the hydraulic system and prevents air from entering it. The valve 25 establishes the pressure at the outlet of the pump 10. There are no reasons for the occurrence of self-oscillations in the hydraulic transmission, since if the pressure in the high pressure hydraulic line corresponds to the given valve 11, it takes a middle position at which the regulator 9 does not change its position. The application of this invention in hydraulic systems of transport machines allows to increase the stability of their work.
