The goal is achieved by the fact that a sensor for measuring the humidity of a long moving material, containing a humidity sensor, is included 1st in the arm of a measuring bridge connected through a transducer with a secondary device, additionally a sensing element is inserted, containing two isolated rollers, one of which is grounded and the other is mechanically connected to a vizsh, 1 m variable capacitance electrode connected in parallel to a humidity sensor to a control chain containing a capacitance and a diode connected through resistance to the secondary device. FIG. 1 shows a diagram of a device for measuring the moisture content of a dented numbered material; in fig. 2 sensing element with a system of electrodes. The device contains a humidity sensor 1 connected to the shoulder of the measuring bridge 2 connected to the detector of the secondary device 3 and the converter 4. Parallel to the humidity sensor 1, a sensitive element 5 connected to the moving electrode of the variable capacitor 6 is connected. Parallel to the indicated chain is connected the capacity 7 , diode 8 and resistance 9, Resistance 9 is connected to the detector of the secondary device 3 by an additional channel. The sensing element 5, containing two insulated rollers 10 and 10, the Roller 10 is grounded, and the roller 10 is mechanically connected to the mobile variable capacitor electrode 6. The device operates as follows. Fiberglass material (bases and after leaving the drying chamber 2 goes to the humidity sensor I and 1 between rollers 10 and 10 of the sensing element 5. When the humidity of the material 11 changes, the equivalent resistance of the measuring bridge bridge changes. This will entail a change The voltage of the balance taken from the output of the converter 4. The unbalance voltage is rectified by the detector of the secondary device 3 and is fed through the resistance 9 to the capacitance 7 and the diode 8. The impedance of the capacitance 7 and the diode 8 is restored. increase the previous value of the unbalance of the bridge circuit, with an increase in the moisture content of the material J 1, an increase in the capacitance shunting the sensor is wet-, ti 1, which ensures the unambiguity of the device readings. thus, it sustains a constant value 94 When changing, for example, the thickness of the measured material JI, the capacitance 6 changes as a result of the movement of the upper roller 10 of the sensitive element 5. Configuration variable capacitance electrodes vyoiraets b so as to provide full compensation for the effect of changes in the measured thickness J1 humidity indication material, i.e. mutual compensation of changes in the impedance of the humidity sensor 1 and the variable capacitance 6 occurs with variations in the thickness of the material being measured. The conductivity of the material being measured does not significantly affect the compensation condition, since insulating rollers are used in the sensitive element 5) O and 10, one of which 10 is connected mechanically with a moving variable-capacitance electrode 6 connected in parallel with the humidity sensor 1. The proposed device for Measuring the humidity of moving long material allows the auto amp & a process to maintain a given humidity to increase the productivity of process equipment and reduce scrap rates. Claims An apparatus for measuring the humidity of a moving lengthy material, comprising a humidity sensor included in a measuring bridge arm connected via a transducer to a secondary device, characterized in that, in order to improve the accuracy and expansion of the measured humidity range, it is provided with a sensing element. holding two isolated rollers, one of which is grounded, and the second mechanically connected to a movable variable capacitance electrode connected in parallel to a humidity sensor to a control chain containing a capacitor and a diode connected through a resistance to a secondary 4 device.
