В ОСНОВНОМ авт. св. № 77573 указано, что пористый материал цементной формы в несколько раз увеличивает скорость затвердевани  и дает более высокие физико-механические свойства, если цементна  форма будет помещена в среду, содержащую углекислый газ и температура этой среды не будет превыщать точки росы.BASIC Auth. Карбонизатор имеет топочную камеру /, футерованную огнеупорным кирпичом и снабженную колосниковой рещеткой 2. По трубе 3 воздух под давлением подаетс  под колосниковую решетку 2 дл  горени  топлива. По трубе 4 подаетс  дополнительный воздух в верхнюю часть камеры 1 дл  дожигани  окиси углерода, имеющейс  в продуктах горени . Продукты горени  по каналу 5 поступают в камеру 6, где установлены вод ные калориферы 7 дл  охлаждени  продуктов горени . Дальнейщее охлаждение продуктов горени  и насыщение их парами воды производитс  в камере 8, где установлены испарительные жалюзи 9 на пути дымового потока.The carbonizer has a combustion chamber / lined with refractory bricks and provided with a grate 2.
