The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for manufacturing thermal insulation products, containing a hopper with a grinding mechanism, a mineral wool carpet forming unit and a heat treatment chamber, is equipped with a pressing piston that interacts with a carpet molding unit made in the form of a suction nozzle and located at the bottom the hopper of the open-top receiving chamber with a perforated bottom and a perforated press chamber connected to it, adjacent to the heat treatment chamber. In the drawing, the principle of the proposed device is illustrated. The device contains the melting unit 1, the fiber-forming mechanism 2, the chamber 3 for fiber deposition, the transport 4 of the mineral wool carpet, the bunker B with the mechanism of grinding the mineral wool carpet for flakes, the pressing piston 6 of rectangular cross-section, the receiving chamber 7 opened from the top, with a perforated bottom, connected with 8 suction nozzle. The perforated press chamber 9 is made expanding along the molded mass. The nozzles 10 and 11 for the supply and removal of heat transfer fluid are connected to a perforated heat treatment chamber consisting of a surface curing zone 12 of the binder and a polymerization zone 13. The rollers 14 are located; the polymers in the polymerization zone 13 are cut behind the heat treatment chamber. The device works as follows. The melt flowing out of the smelting unit 1 is processed into fiber by the fiber-forming mechanism 2. In the deposition chamber 3. by spraying, a binder solution is applied to the fiber in an amount of 4-5% (calculated on the weight of dry matter) and precipitated in the form of a carpet onto a conveyor 4, which feeds the carpet into a bunker, 5 with a carpet shredding mechanism for flakes. The cotton flakes are sucked in by the air flow into the perforated press chamber chamber 9 and have an arbitrary orientation. . The AIR suction is carried out through the perforation of the press chamber 9 by the suction nozzle 8. Pressing the piston b, moving reciprocatingly, compacts the cotton wool in the press chamber 9, gives the molded mass a geometric shape and pushes it into the heat treatment chamber. The execution of press chambers 9, which expands along the molded mass, relieves the volumetric stress state in the molded mass that occurs during the molding process, reduces the frictional forces and the volumetric weight of the finished product. To fix the geometric shape and prevent the adhesion of mineral wool to the roller tables 14 The heat treatment chamber zone 12 is cured by the binder on the surface of the molded mass. In order to reduce friction forces in the polymerization zone 13 min ralovat on the mass is advanced between the roller tables 14. The heat carrier blown through the mineral wool mass in the zone 13 ensures the polymerization of the binder throughout the entire thickness of the product. While advancing through zones 12 and 13 of the Ks1mery of heat treatment, the formed mineral wool mass is constantly adjacent to the side walls of the chamber, excluding heat carrier flows in addition to the carpet. At the outlet of the heat treatment chamber, the mineral wool mass is cut by the cutting mechanism 15 into plates of the required length. Changing the shape of the piston b, press chamber 9 and the polymerization chamber, one can obtain products of another configuration. The invention The device for the manufacture of thermal insulation products, mainly mineral wool boards of increased rigidity, containing a hopper with a grinding mechanism, a mineral wool carpet forming unit and a heat treatment chamber, so that, in order to simplify of the instruction and reduction of energy consumption, it is equipped with a pressing piston that interacts with the carpet molding unit, made in the form of a suction chamber open at the top of the receiver chamber connected to the suction nozzle and placed in the lower part of the bunker Rowan bottom and connected thereto presskamery apertured adjacent the heat treatment chamber.
