Description
The invention relates to methods for treating wastewater residues and can be used at stations for complete biological treatment of wastewater. The known method, according to which the primary sewage sludge is first concentrated in the primary clarifier, and then on a vacuum filter, and the secondary sludge (excess activated sludge) is concentrated on the flotation unit. Further, in order to obtain an optimal concentration, both sediments are mixed and fed for subsequent processing into a spray dryer flj. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is the method according to which the primary sediment is compacted in the primary clarifier. The sludge is compacted in separately standing gravity seals, then they are separately applied to air conditioning and dewatering facilities, where they are treated separately or in a mixture 2. The disadvantage of this method is Since significant volumes of seals of excess activated sludge are used, since its compaction time is 10-14 hours; the amount of sludge to be treated is equal to 0.6-1.0% of the amount of treated wastewater, with a total capacity of 95-96%, is sent to an unstable (by quantity and quality) mixture of precipitates for the construction and subsequent processing, which makes it difficult equipment operation. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the processing time of the precipitates and their number .-. The goal is achieved by mixing the entire volume of unconsolidated activated sludge with sediment in the primary clarifier, the resulting unconsolidated mixture is sent to an intermediate tank, where it is diluted with waste water to a concentration of 2.5-3.0 g / l, and then compacted into gravitational seal. This concentration of sediment suspension, which is fed to the compactor, is optimal and allows to obtain a maximum dry load, minimum suspended solids, discharge water and maximum compaction under conditions of gravity concentration.
осадков без изменени их физико-механических свойств, в результате исключают применение уплотнителей избыточного активного ила, сокращают врем уплотнени смеси осадков в четыре раза по сравнению с уплотнением избыточного активнвго ила, уменьшают суммарный объем осадков до 0,4-0,6% от количества очищаемой валы и создгиот Стабильную уплотненную смесь осадка первичных отстойников с избыточным активным илом.sediments without changing their physicomechanical properties, as a result exclude the use of excess activated sludge seals, reduce compaction time of precipitation mixture by four times compared with compaction of surplus active sludge, reduce the total precipitation volume to 0.4-0.6% of the amount of shafts and creatures Stable compacted mixture of sediment of primary sedimentation tanks with excess active sludge.
The method is carried out as follows.
The entire volume of unconsolidated surplus sludge is sent to the primary clarifier, where it is precipitated together with suspended solids of the treated wastewater. The non-compacted mixture of sludge and full sludge from the primary clarifier is pumped into an intermediate tank, where it is diluted with waste water and sent to a compactor. The compacted mixture of sludge from the compaction pump is discharged from the air conditioning and dewatering facilities, and the drainage water is returned to the primary clarifier or to the aeration tank.
An example of how to use the method at the station of complete biological wastewater treatment with a capacity of 100 thousand meters per day.
Uncompacted, excess activated sludge with a concentration of 5.0–6.0 g / l in an amount of 2000 m from secondary settling tanks is sent to the primary settling tanks, where it is precipitated together with suspended solids of scrubbed wastewater for 1.5–2.0 hours. 3000 m of sludge and excess sludge from the primary settling tanks is continuously pumped to the intermediate tank, to which waste water is added in the ratio
Suspension. Precipitation concentration. it is 2.5-3.0 g / l is sent to the seals, equipped with mechanisms for raking up the sediment and removing populating substances. The residence time of suspensions in the zone of precipitation of the sealant is 2.5-3.0 hours, the time of concentration of the precipitate in the zone of compression is 12.0 hours. The compacted mixture of precipitates having a moisture content of 93-94% in the amount of 400 m is discharged from the sealant and sent to conditioning and dehydration. Drainage water containing 200-300 mg / l of suspended solids is sent to the primary clarifiers.
