Description
The prior art trenching device, consisting of racks and sliding struts, takes a lot of time to install the mount and requires the use of a skilled workforce.
In the proposed device, the sliding struts are fastened at their ends with the uprights forming a frame to be installed in a trench, which speeds up the mounting installation and reduces the need for skilled labor.
Figure 1 shows the proposed mounting frame for trenches when developed by a multi-bucket excavator; in fig. 2 - frame for securing trenches during manual development; in fig. 3 is a view for fastening; in fig. 4 is a view of a grid mounting shield.
The device consists of racks 1 and 2, made of gas pipes with a diameter of 38-50 mm, spacers 3 of pipes with a diameter of 32-38 mm, welded at one end to the racks / and having a nut at the other end 4. Sliding screws 5 pass through the nuts , attached at one end to rack 2. Both struts with struts are a frame. As the nuts are rotated, the sliding screws move in the struts and the distance between the uprights 1 and 2 changes. Such frames are made of two types: frames (Fig. 1) for fastening trenches excavated by excavators, 3 meters high and 0.8-1.2 meters wide, and frames (Fig. 2) for manually fastening trenches, height 1 , 5 m, 0.7-1.4 m wide. Shields are laid between the frames and the walls of the trench. Depending on the soil conditions, the shields are made solid or with clearance.
Solid shields (Fig. 3) have dimensions of 0.6x3.2 m. Boards 6 are applied with a thickness of 40 mm and are attached to each other with angles 7 having rings 8 for guides.
The shields with gaps are made in the size of 1.0X3.2 m. Boards 6, as well as In solid shields, are fastened between each other with angles 7 having the same rings 8 for guides.
The trench is attached as follows.
Крепление траншей за многоковщовым экскаватором производитс сверху траншеи, благодар чему обеспечиваетс безопасность дл рабо№8iri4- 2 - ,The securing of trenches behind a multi-bucket excavator is done on top of the trench, so that safety is ensured for
In the places of fastening across the trench two shields are laid (from among the shields intended for fastening) Two frames descend from these shields through a specially designed breakdown. The frames are located on the width, the trench's smaller width is 10-15 cm. After striking the racks on top of the frame with a hammer, dipping the tip into the soil, occupy the desired position at a distance of 2 m from one another. To ensure the stability of the entire system, links on the upper struts on one side and on the other side are drawn from pipes with a diameter of 19 mm. After installing the frames behind the racks, shields are thrown alternately on one side and the other. In order to avoid the run of the shields in length and the width of the shields, the shields are not lowered along the guides of pipes with a diameter of 19-22 mm with the help of rings 8 fixed to the shields. When the shields are bored, workers safely descend into the trench and push the frames apart to failure.
In manual operation, the trench is routed to a depth of approximately I m, after which the shields are laid and moved apart to the walls. With further deepening of the trench, the shields are inserted behind the frame stands from the bottom by excavating under the fixed fastener until the soil is removed from the middle of the trench. After installation, the frame shields are slightly narrowed and lowered down under the influence of its own weight or hammer blow from above, then moved apart again, the soil is removed from the middle of the trench, and the process is repeated. When the frame is not high enough, a second frame is lowered into the trench and the trench deepening process is repeated. The second frame is lowered with a ledge of 5-10 cm.
In the case of the collapse and clamping of the frames, they are left in that position. E to which they are clamped, or perekrepl of auxiliary raedamn.
