The shutter consists of a sector 1 with a drive and an inclined tray 2 fixed on the frame of the skip. In the described example of a specific embodiment of the shutter, a variant of the drive used in domestic practice is accepted by means of unloading rollers 3 and curves 4. Sector 1 is fixed on a skip by means of a hinge 5 and equipped with unloading rollers 3 mounted on shaft 6. Tray 2 fixedly mounted on a skip Is a continuation of the skip bottom. Under the bottom of the tray in its lower part there is a retractable pan 7, which is a solid sheet with stiffeners on the lower side and having openings in the upper part that do not extend beyond the dimensions of the bottom of the tray. On the sides of the stationary inclined chute 2, its bottom is fixed with guides 8 made of squares on which the pan 7 is moved. Bottom of the stops 9 and 10 are welded on the bottom of the tray 2, limiting the possible tilting of the pan 7, but ensuring its free movement due to the necessary gaps . In this case, the lower abutment 9 is made solid across the entire width of the bottom and serves simultaneously to remove the rock mass adhering to the pan. The rack 7 is pivotally connected to the shaft 6 of the discharge rollers 3 by means of two t g 11. For ease of installation, the connection of the t g 11 to the shaft 6 is detachable and provided with stops 12 to prevent the ends of the ri g from moving along the shaft.
When loading a skip and moving it along the trunk, sector 1 is in the lower position, closing the exhaust opening of the skip. At the same time, the shaft 6 of the discharge rollers 3 is in the extreme right position, holding with the help of the t 11 gr of the racks 7 in the dimensions of the skip. When the skip approaches the place of unloading, the rollers 3 enter the unloading curves 4 fixedly mounted in the scraper, forcibly move to the left, lifting sector 1 upwards and opening the skip outlet. At the same time, the pan 7 with the help of t g 11 is lowered along the guides 8 along the bottom of the tray 2, closing the gap between the skip and the receiver
10.bunker 13 And preventing, thus, the spilling of the rock mass into the barrel. At the same time, it occupies a position, which seems to be a continuation of the bottom of tray 2, supported during unloading on guides 8 and stops 10.
After unloading, the skip starts moving downwards, curves 4 are retracted by rollers 3 to the right, sector 1 is lowered, the outlet is closed, and the pan 7 is raised upwards. In this case, the stop 9 cleans it from possible remnants of the rock mass, preventing clogging of the cavity between the pan 7 and the bottom of tray 2. This is also promoted by the holes in the upper part of the pan, through which the rock mass will spill if it enters the specified cavity.
The use of this sector gate allows you to exclude the skip contents skipping to the sump, which, on the one hand, increases the lifting performance, and on the other, eliminates the need for additional sump cleaning costs. The simplicity of the design makes it economical both in terms of capital expenditures, since it does not require additional workings, the installation of expensive stationary equipment, and the operating costs required for servicing. The forced movement of the pan and keeping it in the transport position ensures its reliable operation.
