На кольце 1 в отверсти устанавливают колонки 3 (так, чтобы спицы, проведенные через корпус колонок, перекрещивались) и законтривают гайкой 4. В случае, если костный фрагмент короче 3 см, устанавливают колонки с одним отверстием (фиг. 7). Таким же образом собираетс и второй блок.
