Description
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что клей-расплав, включающий низкомолекул рный полиамид, канифоль и наполнитель, содержит в качестве наполнител мел, обработанный парафинами С,9N40- 35 12 ПР следующем соотношении компонентов, вес.%:The invention relates to household adhesives and can be used for gluing and sealing in various areas of technology and life. Versamide 940 based hot melt glue is known for binding books, brochures and magazines. The glue consists of a mixture of versamides, coumarone index resin and resorcin. However, the known glue has a limited range of application and insufficient water resistance of the adhesive joint. A universal melt is also known on the basis of versamide 940 (low molecular weight polyamide), which contains, in wt.%: Low molecular weight polyamide (versamide 940) 85.0 Broadcast No. 105.0 Tributyl phosphate or dibutyl phthalate 10.0 The known hot melt is intended to gluing wood, paper, cardboard, leather, metals, plastics and fabrics 2. Disadvantages of glue consist in fast hardening on the substrate due to the volatility of the components, making it difficult to use it without special equipment, low resistance and limited shelf life. The closest in technical essence to the present invention is hot melt glue, which contains low molecular weight polyamide as a base, rosin and various fillers, for example, chalk RZ, as a general additive. However, such an adhesive is characterized by reduced curing time and reduced viability. In addition, the adhesive does not provide sufficient water resistance and strength of the adhesive joint. The purpose of the invention is to increase the curing time on substrates, increase the viability of the adhesive, water resistance and strength of the adhesive joint. This goal is achieved by the fact that hot melt glue, including low molecular weight polyamide, rosin and filler, contains as a filler chalk, treated with paraffins C, 9N40-35 12 PR, the following ratio of components, wt.%:
5-20Low Molecular Polyamide 50-80 Rosin5-20
5 and 15-30
The low molecular weight polyamide used in the present glue is a polycondensation product of Dimerized methyl esters of fatty acids of flax or hemp oil with ethylene diamine in the presence of organic additives.
Used filler (hydrophobic chalk) - powdered product obtained from natural chalk by processing in an air separator with molten paraffins of the general formula
Example 1. In a preheated to 130 ° C reactor having electrical heating and a frame type stirrer with 50-100 rev / min of the working shaft, with a capacity of 5 liters, with a rotating stirrer, 2 kg (50%) of low molecular weight polyamide, 0.8 kg ( 20%) crushed rosin and 1.2 kg (30%) of hydrophobic chalk. The contents of the reactor are rewound until a homogeneous melt is obtained. The melt is cooled to IIO-IIS C, transferred to the body of a screw press, cooled to 80-70 ° C and squeezed out via a matrix into a cooling bath as a continuous rod through a matrix. To give a stable shape, the rod is pulled through a cooling bath and then crushed into sticks of a given length. The rods on the conveyor belt are warmed to warm up with air for udshshen. moisture and fed into the bunker of the filling machine. Glue-melt with 4-5 sticks is placed in the cardboard currency.
