Известна установка дл формовани изделий из строительных смесей, содержаща виброплощадку в виде установ ленного на основании корпуса с герметичной резонаторной полостью, закрытой мембраной и соединенной волноводом с возбудителем инфразвуковых колебаний l. Недостатком устройства вл етс длительность формовани и недостаточна степень уплотнени изделий. Цель изобретени - сокращение времени формировани и повышение степени уплотнени изделий. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что установка дл формовани изделий из строительных смесей, содержаща виброплощадку в виде установленного на основании корпуса с герметичной резонаторной полостью, закрытой мембраной и соединенной волноводом -с возбудителем инфразвуковых колебаний, снабжена вибропригрузом в виде расположенного оп позитно виброплощадке дополнительного корпуса с герметичной резонаторной полостью, закрытой мембраной и соединенной волноводом с возбудителем инфразвуковых колебаний. Кроме того, установка снабжена упругими ограничител ми вертикальных перемещений мембран, размещенных в резонаторных полост х виброплощадки и вибродригруза. На чертеже схематично изображено предлагаемое устройство, общий вид. Устройство состоит из установленной на его основании виброплощадки в виде корпуса 1 и вибропригруза в виде дополнительного, расположенного оппозитно основному, корпуса 2. Каждцлй из корпусов выполнен корытообразным с герметичной резонаторной полостью 3, закрытой мембраной 4, соединеннрй по периметру при помощи упругого эластичного элемента 5 с основным 1 или дополнительным 2 корпусами . Резонаторна полость 3 основного 1 и дополнительного 2 корпусов соединена соответственно волноводами 6 и 7 с возбудителем 8 инфразвуковых колебаний.
