The invention relates to elements of building structures, namely, ventilation units for residential and civil buildings, and can be used in housing and civil engineering. Ventilation units for residential and civil buildings, made of thin-walled reinforced concrete structures with three vertical or inclined diaphragms 1, are known. The ventilation unit is the closest to the invention and includes ventilation ducts for rooms and a collection ventilation duct separated by vertical diaphragms 2. A disadvantage of the known ventilation units is the impossibility of ensuring the tightness of each ventilation duct when installing from separate units of ventilation ducts, across all floors of the building. At the ends of thin-walled (40 mm thick) diaphragms separating one channel from another, it is impossible to spread out the cement mortar, which subsequently ensures the tightness of the mounting slits, which should prevent the outflow of exhaust air from one channel to another through the mounting slits in the assembly valve rational ke ke. The purpose of the invention is to increase the tightness of the mounting stitch between the blocks. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the ventilation unit for residential and civil buildings, including the ventilation ducts of the rooms and the assembly ventilation duct, separated by vertical diaphragms, a horizontal diaphragm is formed in the upper part of the middle channel, and a hole is formed in the vertical diaphragm between the middle and assembly ducts . When assembling the ventilation ducts from separate ventilation units, the monolith solution is easily laid out on a horizontal diaphragm above the second channel, which creates a reliable hermetic separation of the first and collecting ducts in the area of the mounting gap. The isolation of the second channel from the first one in the same level is ensured by the same horizontal reinforced diaphragm. FIG. 1 shows the proposed ventilation unit in isometry; in fig. 2 - the same, longitudinal section; in fig. 3 is a top view, in FIG. 4 is a section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 5 is a section BB in FIG.
The ventilation unit has a box-shaped cross-section, divided by two diaphragms 1 and 2 into three channels 3-5. Channel 3 in its lower part is provided with an opening 6 for intake of exhaust air from the premises. Channel 4 has a variable cross section. In the lower part, the cross section of the channel 4 is formed by the outer longitudinal walls of the ventilation unit, the end wall and the diaphragm 2, which easily provides for the transfer of exhaust air from the channel 3 of the lower ventilation unit to the channel 4 of the overlying unit. In the upper part, channel 4 is provided with a horizontal blind diaphragm 7 and a hole 8, which transfers exhaust air from channel 4 to the collection channel 5. The proposed design of the ventilation unit provides a hermetic separation of each of the three ventilation ducts in the area mounting shvov. Claims of Invention A ventilation unit for residential and civil buildings, including room ventilation channels and an assembly ventilation channel, separated by vertical diaphragms, characterized in that, in order to improve the tightness of the installation seam between the blocks, a horizontal diaphragm is made in the upper part of the middle channel, in the vertical diaphragm between the middle and collective channel formed,. hole, Sources of information, pshn rye into account during the examination 1.
